Fast, reliable shipping. Great product.

I submitted a request to return a key board due to it not having the options that I needed. An email was sent for request RMA7890412 for order #US5386, that stated a follow up email would be sent with further instructions. No email was sent. During the return process I was asked to take a picture but I had not removed the product from the box and still have not. I then had to chose I just changed my mind. The process is inconvenient to say the least. I would still like to return this product.

Item was supposed to arrive next or 2nd day. Didn't get shipped till I asked to cancel and refund. Its still inbox, unopened. Need to return. Can hardly remember what it is because I needed something FAST.

They shipped it fast. The split keyboard feels great and is quiet. The price is way cheaper than most models. Feels great because I have tendon issues. Good build quality. I am so thankful because I was in so much pain. Ergonomic keyboard is a good solution. iThank You Perixx

I purchased the PERIPAD-501 wired touchpad as an alternative to the built-in touchpad on my laptop, which is jamming intermittently so that the button simulation fails.

The touchpad works perfectly. I like mechanical buttons much better than simulated buttons, and they are hard to find.

* I wish there were a middle button. Chording the left and right buttons works, but it's not quite as nice.

* The touchpad skids around a bit. Slightly more friction on the feet would be a small improvement.

* The very long USB cord is much more than I need, and it's a tiny bit awkward. A detachable/replaceable cord might be a bit better.

* Delivery was astoundingly quick. I was mildly annoyed by the shipping cost, at 1/3 of the product cost. But the total was still reasonable.

I do not get my package delivered to my apt and this company will not refund my $$

What is typed when I push a key is what should be typed based on an American keyboard layout. But many of these keys are labeled by a different label. I need to return this.

I bought a perimice 720.

The mouse was delivered without the user's manual.

The online manual I found gives a 404 page not found address for the drivers.

So now, I have a 5/7 buttons mouse with no way to even know what any button could do, if anything.

I would not recommend a company that is so lax in their relation with their customers.

Charged me 10$ for shipping when it was free on Amazon. Sat in an airport for 6 days and the. Finally delivered. Requested refund and emailed another person. Ridiculous

Ordering was easy. Price was better than on Amazon. Delivery was great.

The product itself (PERIBOARD-512 Wired Ergonomic Natural Split Keyboard) is why I only give 4 stars. The hand rest drops off precipitously and does not provide the support I hoped for. The Home/End, Page Up, Down key block and and arrow keys are non-standard and require getting used to. Otherwise it is very good. The key-action is nice, the texture great, and the overall functionality very good.

Very fast delivery of a great product. You can't get the original Microsoft ergonomic keyboard anymore so this is a great replacement.

The mouse I purchased does not work. I've added batteries after battery. I've tried connecting it with my mac. Maybe it doesn't work on macs? I don't know, but I haven't gotten it to work.

I absolutely love this keyboard!

Pretty much my whole life I have loved the Microsoft keyboards which in my opinion were the GOAT. This one is laid out and about the same size as my old Microsoft Keyboards.

Wireless: Both 2.4G (through USB dongle) and Bluetooth. You would want to start with the 2.4G as it has a lower latency (faster response for gaming) and it's super simple to setup. Bluetooth if you don't want to use the USB dongle or need to swap between multiple devices.
OS: Support both Windows and Mac and includes four extra keys for the different OS's
Keys: The keys have the same clicky and springiness as the old Microsoft keyboards. The tactile feel and springiness is perfect. The keys are spaced just right, I always feel like other keyboards are too small (narrow) and you are constantly double pressing buttons. I type about 100 words per minute and my speed has not diminished at all with this keyboard.
Key Placement: I love the fact that the arrow keys are top / bottom / left / right instead of an upside down T, that never felt right for me. The only minor thing I would change is to have the home / end buttons to the left and right of each other instead of top down, but that's just personal preference.

This keyboard is exactly like the one I used for over twenty year at my work before I retired.
No matter what you did to it, it was indestructible.
Thank God I found this one.

I haven't used it a lot yet. I'm having a little trouble getting use to it. I have an old SK 6000 ergonomic keyboard that I can type on very fast. I'll have to practice a lot more to get to the same speed
