There is no one to call to chase my order up.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - scam.
I ordered a bed and order confirmation said 3-10 working days for delivery. I’ve tried emailing the company twice (no response) and tried phoning the number on their website to ask when I will get my bed delivered. Every time it says they’re on the phone taking another call. When you click the social media links on their website there is no instagram or Facebook account. This is a scam.
I’ve now contacted my bank to do a chargeback. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY you won’t get your bed!!

do not order from this company i left instructions how to get to my house when i made my order because the delivery driver got lost when trying to deliver my bed he phoned me he started shouting cursing and swearing at me if it was my fault he got lost i am a old age pensioner i phoned the company to complain and all he said was he would talk to him .in my opinion this driver should not be working with members of the public

Very difficult to speak to someone regarding orders made few days back, as the numbers on the website are unreachable.
Emailed customer support several times but still no response from them.
Very frustrating and disappointing.
Lots of room for improvement.

I purchased 2 single beds on Sunday and they have been delivered today, I had my delivery this morning but only brought one bed I rang the company and explained my issue and they were really helpful and couldn’t do enough for me, a few hours later I received my second bed without any issues, thank you so much the beds are great and I will be purchasing again and recommending to family and friends :)

I ordered a bed and did not receive confirmation of order or estimated delivery date. The only confirmation I received was from Klarna that my first payment had been made.
After a few days I emailed customer service to cancel the order and requested a refund.
Customer service responded by asking the reason, to which I replied I no longer required the item.
I have sent further emails to customer service requesting confirmation that my order has been cancelled and that a refund is being processed.
However, I still have not received this confirmation.
Communication and customer service of Perfect Sleep is very poor and frustrating. Enough to give you sleepless nights!

Getting really worried, bed not arrived, very difficult to contact seller except via Amazon.
They claimed it delivered when not.
very little info given, absolutely no tracking given, they say they can't do it.
I suspect they use Evri but not sure
I'm 80 and been sleeping on my sofa for over a week and no idea when bed will arrive.

I ordered a double bed through Amazon and for all the information I read about deliveries and the reviews about poor delivery I expected it to be a bit of an issue but I was in when I said I would be and there were no problems at all. The driver actually helped me push it in to my house too

Best quality beds and mattress, best sleep I have had in a decade. Will highly recommended.

Excellent quick service , good quality bed and mattress , but disappointed that the driver wouldn’t bring it any further than just inside my front door so had to lug it up the stairs myself . He said they weren’t aloud to come in the house . Overall happy with purchase

Ordered a bespoke size bed from perfect sleep and came as requested. Sent out colour samples before ordering swiftly to ensure I ordered the right colour.

Delivered within agreed time frame (3 working days), bed and mattress is great quality and was very easy to assemble.

Fast delivery - bed frame and headboard as described - mattress very comfortable - great price!

Was delivered on time with a text given when they were 15 minutes away excellent service and good quality products

I purchased 2 single beds through Amazon as the stated delivery time said 20th to 27th of feb, great as i'm on Annual leave from work.
I ordered on the 31st of January and was contacted for delivery on the 7th feb!!
I explained i was on annual leave from 20th hense why i ordered and was told no problem at all.
Then on the 9th i was contacted again asking to deliver so again i explained the situation and agin was told no problem.
Now i find myself at home on Annual leave still waiting for delivery confirmation and can't seem to get through to them by phone and they haven't responded to my email either.
Starting to agree with a pervious reviewer on them being dodgy.
Seems i am not the only one to be having this problem with this company.......AVOID people!!

No delivery and no refund, cannot contact them. Avoid like the plague, promised would be delivered, then called to say cannot deliver as a problem with bed, biggest load of b....... now cannot contact them at all.
