Perfect Lens has always been a reputable online store to purchase lenses. I mistakenly forgot to change my address, and didn’t receive it,due to my personal error alone. I have since updated my address on the website, and retrieved the box at my old address. I will continue ordering from this store, as they never made a mistake, and were always kind, and helpful!

I filled out the prescription section with my lens info and recieved not even close to what I ordered.
I am so disappointed and broke and you won’t do a damn thing to return my damn money to me. Because it was a specialty order, well I’d be using them if they worked. You guys screwed up my order. I have run your name through the mud all over social media and my town.
NOT HAPPY. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

Hi Jazzmine
Thank you for your feedback.
Your order was delivered according to the prescription entered at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, the issue occurred because an incorrect prescription was provided when the order was placed.
Since toric lenses are custom-made products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. This policy is stated on our website and is also displayed during the checkout process.
We have also sent you a follow-up email to provide further assistance and are awaiting your reply.
