Perfect Glazing Anmeldelser

How refreshing to find a company that meets one's requirements in full. Arranged appointments are kept, prices are competitive and communication is first class. Job completed on the stated day and in the quoted time. I have no hesitation in recommending.

Just had our “Composite door fitted on Monday ”
The choice of doors & design was first class. Gary, sales person, went thru the whole choices we could have with design. The installer arrived as arranged he also explained the process of fitting. Took the old door and frame work away. Swept up any debris, efficient and very helpful. Much appreciated, I could thoroughly recommend “Perfect Glazing”

Very good experience. Luca was brilliant! All staff very nice, efficient and explained everything well. Stevie, the 2 Ian's and a third gent a huge thank you!

I ordered a custom door through Adam Smith over a month ago and had absolutely no communication from the company at all so I chased them up and was told they didn't have any proof of my deposit which I emailed them. They then said they'd call me back which they didn't, my husband chased it up with still no refund in sight. I sent numerous emails after this but still no promise of the front door or refund instead so now I will be going to the ombudsman. What an absolute joke of a company.

Stop calling me and harassing me. I want nothing more to do with you.

Had windows and a new front door fitted three and a half years ago and over that period, there were a few issues that developed. After some discussion, Perfect Glazing sent out an excellent workman who rectified every issue to my satisfaction.

Thank you to the sales and fitting team at Perfect Glazing Windows, Glasgow for a first-class service from start to finish. The price was excellent, the quality of the windows and workmanship was outstanding, and the whole experience felt professional, honest and well organised. Special commendation to Andy McAfferty in sales for his helpful and trustworthy advice, David the coordinator for keeping everything running smoothly, and the fitting team Rikki, Robbie and Darren for their excellent workmanship, care, punctuality and attention to detail. They worked respectfully, left everything tidy, and showed real pride in their work. A highly recommended company that delivers great value, excellent quality and genuine customer care.

Excellent service from Perfect Glazing. The installation team were friendly, professional, and very tidy, cleaning as they worked and leaving everything spotless. Workmanship was first class and the quality of the windows and doors is excellent and fitted in under a month from when we placed the order. Office staff were also friendly and kept us well informed throughout. A great service and product with no complaints at all. Highly recommended.

We bought our windows some eighteen months ago and paid a fair price for what we got. Unfortunately over that time a small gap appeared between the window and the side panel. Emailed and called the company several times just over a week , when I finally got the correct person, Gary. He was courteous and polite and very apologetic for time it took to get him. It's worth pointing out that Perfect Glazing don't have a fully dedicated customer service manning the phone so have a little patience? Regarding the window, Gary stated there would be someone out the following day to fix it. True to his word, there was and job done! Thanks Gary!

Last November, I finalized a deal with Perfect Glazing to install 13windows and 2 doors for my home. One of the key convincing point was the sales guy, Adam, presented exactly what we needed - physically carrying a sample window to show me what had to be manufcatured.
Upon signing the deal and paying 10% deposit, PG agreed to install within 2wks, but i missed the 1st sign when the next level sales person, Garry, tells me the team is now on break (understandably in December) and will resume in January.

Mid December, the design for the front composite and back PVC doors had been selected, only for the sales team to come back and say they couldnt make the doors, but its outsourced and shared a different designed. Without much hesitation, i agreed to the front door slight change. 2nd red flag - Mid January.

Towards end of January, i asked to see progress, no response from anyone, but rather the Sales person now directs me to call the office, which no one ever picks the phone. 3rd red flag.

Installation started on 21/02 and i only realized the design of the back door also had a slight change, with no choice, given the old door was pulled down already, i asked the installers to proceed. Installation (3rd party), was well done, no fault of theirs. PG finally agrees to give a £200 discount for the back door change.
The sales person, Garry - who no longer works with PG, calls me and solicits for full payment promising to send the warranty documents and final receipts the next day 26/02 upon payment on 25/02. Garry leaves the company without fulfilling any of the above. 4th red flag.

The front composite door currently locks itself from inside and i need to go through the back door to open. I have made several attempts to contact PG through Andy, and its one story to the next. Someone was suppose to come up Tuesday 14/4 to check the door, to no avail - No call, no excuse, nothing at all. When i reachout to Andy, he now tells me he is just trying to help, its not his department.

In March, i start chasing the sales persons, and luckily someones picks the phone, promises to send the documents the next day, to no avail. After several attempts, i managed to get Andy - Sales Manager/owner (as i was told), who tried his best, but i only got the receipt and a PG Flyer with the 4digit warranty # written on the flyer early April - Zero professionalism, no authenthic documentation - 5th Red Flag.

Ultimately, i have checked on all regulatory organizations(DGCOS, GGF) and they arent registered under any, hence accountable to no one - 6th red flag.

These are checks i should have done before engaging with such a scrupoulous company. Hence, advising any/everyone to stay away from them.

Its a shame when you decide to trust SMEs in this country.

We recently had new windows and doors fitted by Perfect Glazing and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From the first quote through to the installation, everything was handled professionally and efficiently.

The team were friendly, easy to deal with, turned up when they said they would, kept everything tidy, and the quality of work was excellent. The new windows and doors look fantastic and have made a huge difference to the house.

Really impressed with the communication, attention to detail, and overall service. Would highly recommend Perfect Glazing to anyone looking for windows and doors.

We decided to get our house freshened up and had a wonderful experience with Perfect Glazing who were recommended to us by close family friends. I had eight windows along with a front and back door installed by Perfect Glazing, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and professional. The workmanship was excellent, the fitting team were clean, tidy, and respectful of my home, and the follow up care was fantastic. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality and a reliable service.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience with Perfect Glazing. Replacing windows and doors is a huge investment, and I was pretty nervous about picking the right people for the job, but I’m so glad I went with them. From the very first meeting, it was clear that they actually care about the quality of their work and aren't just trying to rush through a sale.

The products themselves are stunning. We had several old, drafty windows replaced along with our front door, and the difference is incredible. The first thing I noticed was how much quieter the house got—it’s like the street noise just vanished. The hardware is heavy and solid, and you can just feel the craftsmanship when you open and close them. Even the curb appeal of the house has completely changed; it looks like a brand-new home.

What really blew me away, though, was the service. The installation crew was fantastic. They showed up right when they said they would, worked efficiently, and were so respectful of my space. I was bracing myself for a huge mess, but they were so tidy and actually left my house cleaner than they found it. It’s rare to find a company these days that communicates this well and actually follows through on every promise. If you’re on the fence about who to hire, do yourself a favor and go with these guys. You won't regret it.

Big thanks to Perfect Glazing , supplied and fitted a great quality new window for me in less than a week!

Amazing job - sales, surveyors, window fitters were excellent. Tradesmen extremely polite, tidy and professional.

Quality, service & professionalism was great. Extremely happy with the end product and could not recommend these guys enough. So helpful throughout the whole project. I’m delighted with my new windows.

From beginning to end, the experience was fantastic. The surveyor's visit was both enlightening and supportive, offering guidance on aspects I hadn't considered. Stuart, the fitter, excelled in delivering exceptional results, while Gary ensured everything flowed smoothly, securing another happy customer. I highly recommend their services.
