On the website the delivery date is 1 to 3 working days. I bought Secret Santa gifts for 11 children, because according to the delivery date it would've been delivered on time. I had to buy new gifts. Very disappointing.

Wrong product
The Rotatable Adjustable cleaning mop that I have ordered, is NOT the same one I received! I received a cheap Triangular dust mop. Misleading! And as a reseller I was suppose to receive a coupon code for a further 15% discount, which I NEVER received. I'm so glad that I'm testing out your products, before ordering for a client!

Pathetic service!
After more than 2 week our parcel is still not delivered
Nothing done pro-actively from company's side. We are trying to sort out the horrible service with the couriers ourselves.
Update: And the incorrect item just delivered. Red instead of Blue.
I am forced to give you 1 star as I have nothing less to choose.

Multifunctional storage drain rack
I recently purchased the multifunctional storage drain rack. Was easy to assemble and place onto the area I wanted to use it in my kitchen. Wasn't the colour I wanted but still works perfectly anyway. Is very useful and functional for what I wanted to use it for.
