Well, unfortunately I have to agree with all the 1* feedback. This place, even when it was The Japanese Koi, were rude and unhelpful. I have been in the fish area wanting some help, 15 mins later NO “sorry to keep you waiting” which you would really expect from the “Manager”. I was desperate to get some RO water, otherwise I would have walked out. I did go over to the pond section, to be told that the guy who manages the fish section had “gone for a coffee” and would not be long, it’s a joke.

Very quick delivery and nicely packaged will definitely be using perfect aquatics again soon.

Just had my AI blades and ICP tests delivered from Perfect Aquatics and what a good experience it was. I won a few vouchers from them when I entered their competition. The site was easy to navigate. After making the purchase I got a tacking number with DHL express and it came the next day. Really good experience overall

I truly don't understand why anyone would ever use this place.
Interested staff. They don't seem to care about the fish or the pets they are supplying.
I think you must be desperate for a fish to go there. I ended up feeling sorry for the fish having to live in that place

Ordered 2 aquarium backgrounds just before Christmas, was informed that there would be delays which is to be expected around the time anyway. Was updated all throughout process and received the item earlier than expected. Excellent customer service. Thanks!

Wanted to return some unopened items , requested return and waited and waited.
Says i can’t return until I receive an email satire accepted the return request! So I called twice and was told I would get the email - but nothing!

Researched, ordered, delivered - Perfect 💯

Bought 7 Cardinals a week ago and now my well established tank is riddled with ICH. All 7 are dead and I've lost 8 of my other fish. Started treatment to hopefully save the last few fish left. Went into the shop to buy meds and pointed out the issue to the old guy behind the counter. His response, "do you want a receipt". I was fuming and stormed out.

Had to change order, organised everything fine, arranged delivery of all items at the same time which all arrived on the right date.

Very happy with website and then the person on phone who changed all the details.

I definitely would use again and recomend.

Would highly recommend. Great after sales service as wasn't sure if had got the correct item so sent an email and recieved a call explaining what i needed.

After having issues with a vanishing voucher and very poor attitude here on Trustpilot, I hesitated
to use these guys, but ultimately needed a couple of items that weren't in stock elsewhere.

So, I went ahead, and eventually shoehorned the said voucher through checkout. Several days later, the items were delivered, all present as ordered. Two large pieces of Oase faux rock however, had been removed from their retail packaging and placed loose in a box with the other ordered item. This, evidently, saved them considerable shipping cost (the order was well over the free-shipping threshold).

As it happens, in this instance, I don't really mind, but it's very poor form to do that without asking the customer first, since the item(s) could have been a birthday or Christmas present, and the retail packaging for that range is particularly attractive.

So, in summary, you'll probably get your items, but I'm not sure they greatly value their customers.
