For the apartment search in Germany completely useless. They buy a premium account on one immobilien website and then just sit there waiting for something to come up. I managed to get myself 5 viewings within a week, they did not get me even one. I had to directly tell them that Internet is bigger than one website and there are other places to look for accommodation. Eventually I found myself an apartment myself, without them.
They are here in the normal business hours, but private landlords obviously post their apartments after work or on weekends. In Germany the demand for apartments is so high, you can't just wait till Monday morning. If you want to find an apartment fast, you have to monitor the offers all the time which I did.
Perchpeek did not help me at all, it is the biggest waste of money in my life.

Excellent support when I move to austin or my first job in USA. I was able to make the transition easily. Would definitely recommend perchpeek to others.

I had a great experience with Perchpeek as part of the overall transition into Germany. The online/app based features were very good - clear classification of different tasks, highly user friendly chat feature, a comprehensive to do list etc. Right from day-1, Nadja has been super helpful in every single task. As I was travelling to Europe for the very first time, I was a bit apprehensive so kept troubling Nadja with smallest of queries, but she would happily address every single one of them with a smile. She also used to occasionally follow up every now and then to check up on me (after I moved in).
