We did not need an accessable cabin but when we decided to dip our toe into the world of cruising Deanne was the person we turned to. Her love and experience of cruising comes with lots of tips and tricks, which cabin is best for new cruisers, which dining plan to choose, would you benefit from a drinks package, we had so many questions .We had our destination in mind, contacted Deanne with a date and budget and within a few hours our first cruise was booked! No extra cost and certainly no hassle.

Brilliant service from Deanne from start to finish. She couldn’t do enough for us, very informative and talked us through the options available to us and answered all our questions.

My Husband and I used Wheelie on the waves (Deanne) to book our Honeymoon, neither of us have additional needs but Deanne was able to book us the most memorable honeymoon to Mauritius. Deanne explored different honeymoon destinations and found several different hotel options for us that were within our budget, she organised everything from start to finish and was proactive with replying to our emails and keeping us updated with everything. Deanne was highly reliable at responding to our emails, was able to give us advise on vaccinations and answered all our questions (There were many!) We highly recommend using Wheelie waves and will be using them again!

Our first time booking a cruise for our disabled son with additional equipment hire, Deanne took that stress away from us and secured everything we wanted and needed.

Dea is passionately knowledgeable about the accessibility of the travel industry, this hasn't come from years of training to do a job, this has come from a fire in her belly to genuinely want to help people access holidays without undue stress (after experiencing the chaos that inexperience can cause first hand). Its been a pleasure to see her grow as a consultant. If you require specialist assistance or access for your trip, i would not consider booking a holiday without speaking to Deanne first.
