Access to sleep consultant was absolutely brilliant. Got a lot of good ideas for applying a rough sleep schedule, specific to my baby.
Zoom group calls were good but some were more of a lecture that could have been sent out as a powerpoint. The ones that were more of a chat with questions felt more like going to a group, which was something I have really missed since the start of lockdown.
Group chats had slightly too many people in and didn’t lend themselves to much conversation.
Overall though, a very valuable service that was a real help in lockdown and could be a great extra resource if things ever get back to normal.

There were lots of features via this service which were not relevant to me and my baby, I joined Peppy for the sleep consultant and had a video consultation with one which I wouldn't have had access to without peppy.
She had very useful tips for me to try and explained the background of sleep etc which was very interesting.
It's a great service allowing new parents to access services virtually which they may not be able to otherwise.

Great guidance and help to a FTM during this pandemic.

At a time when face to face support completely disappeared and I was left without any help, the peppy app was a literal godsend. The information was great and everyone who ran a session was lovely

Peppy is absolutely fantastic. Our group chat was incredibly supportive with constant guidance from a qualified practitioner with a broad range of expertise. There were also the online classes which I found hugely beneficial and informative. There was such a wide selection and you can pick and choose the things that are beneficial to you by specific age range to ensure it’s appropriate to you and your child. There were also closed group zoom calls that you can log into with a ticket (free of course) which allow you to discuss much more specific issues more privately which a specialist from that area.

More than anything in a time of isolation as a brand new first time mother Peppy allowed me to connect with others in a similar situation and access information that I would have otherwise struggled to get hold of.

This could be a lifeline for so many parents. Please roll this out for national use.

Peppy was the only support I had during lockdown and as a first time mum it was a life line. I can highly recommend it and it is so nice still being able to talk to the other mum s I met through it.

It was a great range of services Peppy offered from great exercises for post natal mums to sleep advice from experienced practitioners. It was also useful listening to the talks on different topics related to my 11 month old baby. I hope other mums /dads get this opportunity to access such services as it makes you feel less alone.

This was really helpful for getting advice and talking to someone that can help. I also made a really good friend through this and we are still in touch as our babies are the same age and we have so much in common.

Helped me so much at a time when I was vulnerable

Having the app and group chat was there just when I needed it. I personally found the health visitors and the GPs I saw before having the app just ignored my problems saying things like, "it's colic, baby will grow out of it", or "babies don't sleep and they do cry a lot, it'll get better!" This really didn't help or answer my questions. This app gave me professionals to talk to at my convenience via online chat which made things much easier! I still have issues regarding birth trauma, but these were talked about and advice was given which I've never had before. I miss having someone there who actually listens! Thank you Peppy!

As a new mum for the first time in this COVID 19 pandemic Peppy has been a lifesaver. All the topical zoom sessions have been incredibly relevant, and it has been so good having doctors, lactation specialists, and other new mums at hand via their app. Most importantly, because of this Peppy Community I never felt alone as a new mum despite the lockdown. Highly recommend.

I found the Peppy Trial to be so beneficial. The sleep group discussions and 1:1 were by far the most helpful to me. Just chatting to others going through the same was so helpful.

I was part of the 2 week trial during lockdown and found the online workshops helpful. I did the sleep workshop and the Pilates online class. The group chat didn’t work for me but I know other people found it helpful.
