I was trying to order boots online and for some reason, I was not able to proceed with the payment, even after trying different operations suggested by customers support. After many trials, Debbie created a payment link and raised the order for me. I cannot stress enough how helpful and gracious Debbie was, and I thank her for that. I am sure I will be as happy with my new boots when I receive them.

I had a question on sizing and availability. Given my recent experiences with customer services in other companies, I didn't have much faith in getting answers. But I was so pleasantly surprised! How to get the boots, availability, actual measurements for the product. And all the follow up support as promised. I will definitely be shopping here, because I know whatever happens, they truly value their customers

First time ordering and went for a pair of suede ankle boots. Absolutely wonderful. Really impressed with the high quality of the boot, beautiful design and fit/comfort. So very happy. My order arrived super fast and beautifully packaged. The Gabriel sandals are even more lovely than in the photos! I chose indigo and received lots of compliments when I wore them. Best of all is they are very comfortable, the soles are padded and a lovely soft leather.
This was my first order and I’ll definitely be ordering again.

I've been searching for leather boots and found penelope chilvers online - ended up purchasing 3 pairs! the standard tassel boots in conker, the goldie cowboy boots in bitter chocolate and a pair of low mary jane dali espadrilles in tea rose! They are all so so pretty and very good quality. One of the espadrilles had a default but customer service was great and fast ! As in Canada, I couldn't exchange them, maybe due to the import tax and custom clearance charges, I returned and reordered them - the return was easy & super fast. I was refunded quite fast as well. I was tempted with the long tassel boots but picked the standard size thanks to the mesurements on the website and they are long enough. Very happy with the boots and espadrilles.

Outstanding customer service! I am in the USA and reached out via email for service for a well loved pair of tassel boots. They are 10 years plus and look like the day I bought them and fit like a favorite glove. Responses were prompt, courteous and spot on. I couldn’t have been more impressed with Debbie and her care and attention to detail. Top notch in every way!

Excellent quality products and superb customer service. I bought a pair of Sandalx and thd Rosd suede Cali boots. Both were beautiful, and so comfortable and soft. Sadly thd boots were too big, so I have returned and ordered the smaller size. I used a voucher fodder for both orders for 15%. A code is supplied for free postage if you are reordering as an exchange. However this would not work as I had used the 15% code. I orde4ec the boots and then emailed customer services asking them tovmanually deduct the postage. This was done within a couple of hours (on a BH weekend). Fantastic service. I also love your packaging - no plastic, and boxes just big enough for the items, not too big taking up storage space. Great company. My order number was 000141109, and I was assisted by Debbie, who could not have been more friendly and helpful:)
