Just bear in mind if you order something online that you will be charged £7 for delivery and a further £5 to return if it doesn’t fit. So basically, £12 to try it on. I wouldn’t risk it again, frankly.
I’m sure the company will argue that it reflects the “real cost” but I strongly suspect there is a markup, and other companies sensibly distribute costs more effectively so as not to deter future purchases.

Order came after a couple of days, no issues.
Would use again.

I originally went to the shop to buy the incense burners and had to order them as none were in the store. I ordered 3- the next day after a message I returned to the shop but they only had 1 which I bought. They told me the other 2 would be delivered soon. I had no further contact with the shop so bought online and had to pay postage even though I live close - not great customer service. By the way I love the shop

Terrible customer service - I ordered online and received the wrong item. Goodhood said I had to pay to return the item and then refused to answer my emails. I’m stuck with a product that I don’t want. I will never use this company again.

I bought shoes at Goodhood and they arrived with the security tag . This happens but the mark of a good company is how they deal with it and they were brilliant. They replaced the shoes and gave me a discount. It was all just so smooth. I would definitely shop with them again

Purchased a Brain Dead hat and Earth People T-shirt.

Notified after purchase that the hat was not in stock (still continue to advertise on social media), and duly refunded. Gutted.

They offered a 10% discount code off the next purchase. Which is also offered to anyone first time online shopping.

The T-shirt was wet oversized and immediately returned for a smaller size. Whilst they have acknowledge it’s been received back, there has only been a ‘please allow 14 days to process your return request…. That was over a week ago. I don’t know if they have the smaller size or if it has been processed or sent out?

I like this store. It has a really good vibe, and really helpful people working there… I have visited, purchased and I love the range on offer. It needs to pick up things online.
