Bought a pair of shoes for my Father for Christmas and took over a month to arrive. Quality on the shoes is atrocious and trying to file a complaint is ridiculous. They do not reply to emails and seem forced to reply when prompted by a case with Paypal. The only option was to pay more than the price of the shoe to post back to China in order to get a full refund? Dispute going via credit card company as Paypal are as equally useless. Avoid.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I am in Germany and thought the jacket was coming from the UK since I was paying in Sterling, this is the first part of the deception. Jacket took forever to arrive. The jacket is over priced considering it is coming direct from China and there is no economical return mechanism. I would have paid the same ordering from H&M who would have had a free return option.

With this company I would pay GBP20 to have a new one sent to me after returning the one I was sent.

DO NOT order from these people and the lesson is, do no order from online shops that don't clearly state their physical location. School fees paid!

Bought a “tactical” jacket. Normally I would buy a UK XL size but to be on the safe side, I ordered the 3XL. The jacket, after a 6week delivery time, was, I guess, the equivalent of a UK medium size.
Contacted the “company” to arrange a return - not an option unless the item is faulty and an incorrect size is not a fault. After several emails I was told I could return it but after having the postage costs deducted, I would be left with almost nothing!
So, I’ve spent £34.99 on a jacket I can’t wear or return! If you’re thinking of buying anything from this company, here’s a tip. Go to your bank, withdraw the cash that the item you’re interested in would cost, and set fire to it. Or give it to a random stranger - either option is just as good as ordering anything from these clowns. And despite what they claim, they’re not based in the UK.
The only reason I’ve given a star for this review is that it’s not possible to give no stars at all.

Do not order any clothing from this website. It’s sub standard quality and does not conform to national size guides. I ordered a tactical jacket, when it arrived it was 2 sizes too small and the zip was broken. I’ve provided photos to evidence this and they have done nothing but ridicule my emails. BEWARE THEY ARE FRAUDS.

If I could I would give this company a minus star PLEASE avoid this company POLOSY like the coronavirus they are CROOKS.
My wife ordered me a pair of golf shoes after two months nothing came we got in touch with the schisters by email finally get a pair of things supposed to be golf shoes but they are not even good enough to be indoor slippers ( where’s the rubbish).

Ordered footwear & used the site's drop down box to select my size (UK 5/ 6).

Received item which was branded Euro size 40 / 41.

Emailed saying this was wrong as it equates to two sizes bigger than what I'd ordered. They replied that as a UK 5 / 6 is classed as small, they default to sending Euro 40 / 41 - even though it's much bigger.

I replied that I cannot wear the wrong size shoe & that I wanted a refund. They have yet to reply.

In short, they advertise products that they do not have and send out alternatives instead.

Avoid these criminals.

I did receive my golf shoes after some weeks. They are a very lightweight shoe. The supposed spikes are non existent, only has slight raised areas on the shoe sole which are normally on normal shoes. I am worried they will slip on damp surfaces, which you regularly get on golf courses.
They are also a bit short in length for my size of shoe.
Depends what you want. Not really happy. I have emailed the company about my concerns.

Also ordered 2 Pairs of Golf shoes on December 18th Heard nothing since a confirmation email website non existant am hoping for a Paypal refund

Terrible quality. Badly made. Completely different from website photo. Mis-shapen jumper.
Cannot be worn. Will have to put in trash can.
Many attempts to get refund of £29.99 but pelosy demand I return faulty product to china which will cost £33.
Don't waste your money.

Total scam. Pretty sure they don't even exist. I'm hoping PayPal can get my money back.

Ordered golf shoes but despite numerous e-mails no indication of intended despatch. This company linked to Shopify and Jessehome clothing (who took my payment). Avoid at all costs !!

I ordered a pair of Golf shoes from this company, who prominently feature on Facebook. The shoes have never arrived and they continue to ignore my repeated requests for a refund. The worst online experience I have EVER had.

Absolute rubbish!! Never again, wish I had researched this company. Cheap poorly made Chinese jumper, then the returns process was ridiculous so never bothered! A £30 charity donation now!!

Bought shoes from this website as a Christmas present. They are nothing like the picture on the website. Had I known at the time of ordering that the website is based in China I would have had second thoughts. Will never buy from here again!
