I got scammed and had similar experiences as other customers. Bought a golf cart on 17th August (2months ago). After numerous emails to support at mailservicentre dot com (not an Omada email address) they advised it was delivered. I went back to Omada "Contact" page and sent a message with screen shots of the emails to support at mailservicentre dot com, for them to say it is a scam. Had I looked up reviews before purchasing, I would not be in this situation where I'm out of pocket and with no golf cart. F#ck you Omada Golf !!

This company has either gone out of business or is going out of business; no one answers phone nor replies to emails.

Same as all the other reviews on here. I ordered & paid. 50 days+ and still nothing. Sent them numerous mails, chasing delivery. They were very polite until the tracking website said delivery had been made. They advised that I check with neighbours or postal distribution (why is that my job?). Can’t supply proof of delivery. Recovering my funds through credit card company. Always make sure you make purchases on a protected card, so you can claim back. This company is a SCAM. Don’t buy from them.

It’s fake I bought a golf trolley never arrived and then got told it was delivered with no proof then they stopped replying to emails it’s a scam guys stay away from these con artists

If something looks too good to be true it normally is!
We have now taken this matter to our bank and reported to the police.
Dispatch 3-5 days to the UK...hilarious...50 odd days later!!

As all the other reviews have said. Item never arrived. Said it was delivered. Can't find out who to. Stopped answering e mails. It's a Scam

Any review that isn't a 1 is from a bot, or the scammers. You never recieve anything and they stop messaging you

Omada golf is a scam. You pay for our order and it never arrives. Then they stop communicating with you. Not sure how this company is allowed to continue advertising when every review on here and Facebook and other sites say the same.

I ordered a TriLite foldable golf push cart on October 28 in 2024. I still haven't recieved it. Support states that it is delivered according to 17track.net.
The support can not or do not want to answer what local carrier is used for delivery. A total scam!!!

Ordered a golf cart 10/11/24. After several emails getting nowhere and being told to be patient, 17Track stated it had been delivered 18/12/24! I did not leave the house that day and the so called Support Team said as far as they were concerned, it had been delivered!
One very disappointed son this Christmas! Thanks Omada Golf FOR LITERALLY NOTHING!!!

Order some golf stuff.

It did not show up and the company doesn't answer my mail anymore.

There is no information about the carrier or delivery componany (dhl,PostNL.etc.???,)
There is no information at the postal service.
There is no package at the neighbours.

Mon mari a passé commande le 26 Sept d’un chariot de golf sur le site Omada Golf USA avec livraison entre 5 à 10 jours!
Résultat : à ce jour toujours pas de chariot.
D’abord nous avons pensé que la Ste était sérieuse car elle répondait régulièrement aux différents mails de mon mari. Leur réponse était : « ça va arriver » « soyez patient » etc etc…
Le 15 Nov il reçoit un message suite à son mail retour « chariot livré »! Pourtant nous n’avons pas reçu cette livraison.
La Sté prétend que si !!!

1/ curieusement il y avait quelqu’un chez nous présent toute la journée.
2/ aucun livreur n’a sonné
3/ nous avons un Visio phone qui n’a pas montré d’enregistrement d’une sonnerie ni même la vue d’un livreur !!!

A cela, la société répond que ça a été livré et qu’il faut demander aux voisins s’ils auraient réceptionné le colis. Les voisins n’ont rien!
Ils disent ne pas être responsables! Incroyable de ne pas être capable de livrer le colis à la bonne personne? Incroyable de ne pas pouvoir donner le nom de la personne qui a soit disant reçu le colis ?
Incroyable de ne pas fournir la preuve de signature et de livraison ?

Voilà la grosse arnaque…. On ne peut pas dire autre chose!

While email questions were responded to, no questions were ever answered and the response only ever read “please wait a little longer”

The advertising claimed delivery in under ten days. It is now 45 days and still no delivery.

Paid Facebook advertising should always be considered a possible Scam. This is now raised as a claim with the bank that let the transaction proceed, even though I attempted to have them flag it 24 hours after placing the order.

Aftership website claims delivery on Saturday 28th September however I was home and this did not occur.

17Tracking which the shipper advised i follow claims the item has been in my suburb since 9th of September showing 8 updates of information provided in chinese characters which translated only to vague terms about processing or outbound and finally delivery, however no delivery was made, i was at home at the time the delivery is claimed and this company cannot tell me who would have handled delivery in my country.

Questions via email are now ignored.
