For many years I visit Charlotte once a year and buy one or two bags. Very good service and good quality bags. They are always unique and beautiful.

La borsa l'avevo vista quando ero in vacanza sul Lago di Garda. Col senno di poi, mi sono pentito di non averlo acquistato. Instagram mi ha aiutato molto bene e ho ricevuto tutti i tipi di foto. Successivamente la spedizione e la ricezione sono avvenute molto rapidamente e la borsa è completamente di mio gradimento. Sono molto soddisfatto del servizio e della qualità della borsa!

Ich bin so glücklich mit meiner Tasche. Ich hatte sie im Laden in Saló in klein entdeckt. Leider war sie nicht kurzfristig in groß lieferbar. Zum Glück konnte ich sie online bestellen. Nach 5 Tagen war das gute Stück dann da.

Sehr schöne Tasche super verarbeitet. Die Lieferung war sehr schnell.

Habe 2021 in Bardolino eine Tasche gekauft,stellte zu Hause fest das der Reißverschluss defekt ist .Vor 3 Wochen sagte man mir im gleichen Geschäft,wo ich die Tasche gekauft habe, man könnte das reparieren, leider hat das in unserem 14 tägigem Urlaub nicht funktioniert. Schade .Claudia

During my holiday on Lake Garda I bought a beautiful laptop bag from Charlotte in Salò. I was helped by a very nice saleswoman. What beautiful bags, even though I already have many, this is such beautiful leather! 2 days later we arrived in Limone. Sure enough, I couldn't pass the Charlotte store. The bag I wanted to buy was not available in black and I wanted that. The next day we would leave for the Netherlands at 5.30 am... A very sweet saleswoman arranged that the bag from another store would be brought to her home and what a service: she brought the bag to the hotel!! Now a happy customer in the Netherlands with 2 beautiful bags, thank you ladies!

I purchased my first Charlotte handbag while visiting Lago di Garda in June. The purse is gorgeous and very high quality. The lady in the store seemed very annoyed by us (Americans, Italian & Chinese) but our group purchased 4 items. I will definitely be shopping for more handbags online.

I have been buying Charlotte handbags for a number of years, except during the pandemic. Was back on Lake Garda in May I noticed they had a shop in Limone so decided to have a look, after 5 minutes I walked. Out of the shop the reason being the assistant was a constant irritant, every time I wanted to look at a back she tried to take over, I got really fed up, I like to look at the goods etc, if I want to ask questions I will approach an assistant.

A few days later I was in Salo, went into the largerof the 2 Charlotte shops, the chap inside was extremely welcoming, he invited me to have a good look around the shop, if I needed anything I just had to ask, I saw a bag that I had seen in Limone, unfortunately I wanted black, they didn’t have one in that store but the chap said he would run down the road to their other shop to see if they had a black bag, it was pouring down but off he went, returning extremely wet but with a black bag.

Looking around the shop I ended up buying 3 bags, I received an extremely good discount, I now have a mini Charlotte bag shop in my house.

Maybe Charlotte should take note from their man in Salo on how to achieve sales and not have pushy females like the lady in Limone???

Il rivestimento interno troppe tasche, quella che separa poi impossibile da usare

Terzo acquisto che faccio, il primo online. Le borse sono bellissime e di ottima qualità.
Non ho dato 5 stelle solo a causa della gestione dell’ordine online: una volta fatto, non ho ricevuto alcuna conferma per email o per messaggio. L’addebito in conto è avvenuto immediatamente, mentre ho ricevuto informazioni da chi aveva preso in carico la spedizione solo 3 giorni dopo, senza nessun riferimento specifico, ho capito che si trattava del mio ordine solo controllando il mittente. Avrei preferito ricevere un’email di conferma subito dopo aver effettuato l’ordine con la conferma dell’indirizzo di consegna.
Ho avuto modo di acquistare in due diversi negozi in giro per l’Italia e di vedere la serietà dell’azienda, quindi ero abbastanza tranquilla, magari peró è un’accortezza che fa comodo a chi compra “a scatola chiusa”.

I purchased a Charlotte bag on Sunday in Sirmione and wore it for literally 1!!! day on Monday. Today on Tuesday I noticed that the edges of the bag are already worn out. The color of the leather is going off on all corners and not only corners. Moreover, one of the stitches on the bottom of the bag got broken. I also noticed that decorative screws on the sides of the bag are different, but what's more important is that they're unscrewing all the time while walking and I almost lost each of the two, luckily I heard it's falling on the ground...
You can see on the picture I made the day I bought it that there are no blue spots on the silver color and the white leather piece is not rubbed
I was on vacation in Italy and really wanted to get a nice Italian bag and preferred this specific one over others as well as your shop over other shops. I'm completely disappointed with what I got and feel very upset by the end of my vacation. This is not the impression of Italian quality I wanted to get.

However pelletteria charlotte replied to my complaint fast and found a solution as proceeding a refund, which I really appreciate. It's a sign of a good service, but unfortunately it doesn't change the fact that the quality of my bag is far too bad.

Ob in Limone oder in Riva del Garda, von so freundliche Verkäuferinen träumen wir in Deutschland! Dazu kommt die Qualität und das Design der Taschen, mit einem super Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis! Persönlich habe ich 5 Taschen gekauft :-), und dann hat "Charlotte" den halben Bus auf die Rückreise begleitet :-)! Wie kann ich die Taschen von Deutschland aus erwerben?

Li ho scoperti per puro caso durante una vacanza sul Garda, amore a prima vista con un borsello da uomo come lo cercavo da anni e mai trovato. Alta qualità, col tempo l'ho comprato in tutte le colorazioni possibili e ora cercherò di comprarli per riserva prima che vadano fuori produzione!

Ho conosciuto il negozio durante una vacanza a Sirmione lo scorso Natale e mi sono subito innamorata del brand Charlotte. Un Made in Italy di alta qualità, ottime rifiniture e pelli pregiate. In meno di quattro mesi ho acquistato a distanza, già due borse. Il personale che gestisce la messaggistica è davvero disponibile e professionale. Puntualità e velocità nella spedizione, in meno di tre giorni da Sirmione in Sicilia. Che dire un’eccellenza tutta Italiana.
