Have recently switched to Pellet Kings from my previous supplier of wood pellets for my Biomass boiler . The speed from ordering to receipt of delivery is simply amazing!
Reliability & individualised customer service second to none. We live down a fairly narrow lane and was advised by the charming lady who was handling my order that a smaller delivery vehicle would be required and 2 smaller pallets rather than 1 larger one would be necessary and also ease the unloading process .
All ran as smooth as clockwork .
I decided to buy their Premium product and there definitely seems to be enhanced energy production over standard wood pellets .

Delivered two large crates of wood. Arrived on time ,called to let me know . The driver was very helpful and skilfully manoeuvred the crates.

We live in a very remote location and pellet King have helped massively with regards to delivery for large amounts of Wood Pellets to this address.

The team were extremely helpful and also the quality and range of pellets are fantastic.

Absolutely amazing customer services from the moment I ordered through to delivery - we ended up taking delivery of our pellets days before the delivery of our 3rd daughter so as you can imagine was a busy time

Jody and the team at Pelletkings went over and above to make sure our pellet delivery was on time to relieve any stress whilst we waited for our other smaller tiny human sized delivery - even the agency driver helped us with no complaints get it all the way to our Dutch barge tackling a bumpy towpath with a sharp incline!

Very easy to deal with over the phone. Pellets amazingly white that multiplies really well when sprayed for the bed. Great deliver driver that gave me a 2 hr window for delivery and was on time excellent company to deal with

I have had a very good experience with my purchase of bagged pellets.
Communication with one of the team explaining my situation was very informative.
Ordering on the website was very easy.
Price was very competitive.
Next day delivery worked very well, my pellets were delivered before 9am and were in my house before 9:20 just before the rain came :-) “Result”
I will definitely be using PelletKings for all my future pellet supplies.

They did what they said they would do!
A large log order, delivered next day in nets which make it much easier and quicker to store. Well wrapped against the elements and the birch logs are a great quality. Price was a great incentive to try too!

Do not buy as suppliers with larger or same size crates state loose volume far less than they doso are the figures made up.
I also restacked the logs into a smaller crate with a loose volume of 1.4 not the 1.87 stated will not buy again.
Would have been 1star but for the £30 discount making logs a better deal.
Having said all that the ordering and delivery was very good quick and efficient.

Don't order from this company. Contacted the company before placing an order (through email and phone - spoke and wrote to Jody) to tell them that I live on a tiny lane and if delivery was to be with a large lorry, I couldn't place an order and would go elsewhere. I specifically told them that I would require a small vehicle to deliver and for them to drive onto my drive as otherwise they would not be able to unload without blocking the public highway. I was called back and told they could do the delivery with 2 small vehicles, but I would have to pay an extra £20 - Total order now nearly £500! They took the money from my bank before delivery. Today a huge lorry turns up to deliver and cannot unload it onto the lane or the entrance way (due to the slant) and was too big to come onto my driveway (as I warned the Company before placing my order). The delivery driver also told me he was ashamed to deliver anyway as some of the bags of wood pellets were ripped and some were taped up where rips were. From experience, if bags are leaking, the pellets then cause such a mess everywhere especially when they get damp and expand. They are also useless to burn in my biomass boiler. I told the driver that I would not take delivery. I rang the company, no answer, left a message. I emailed them. No response as yet via email. A lady called Jane rang me to try and sort out another delivery with a 'smaller' van (the size of a bin lorry!), but again they would not come onto the drive (I warned them this size lorry would be too tall and hit overhanging lime tree branches), and I know from experience that they would not be able to move the pallet lifter on the slanted entrance. I told her that I had arranged and checked everything before I ordered and would not have placed an order if they were going to leave 70 15kg bags of wood pellets in the lane for me then to carry in individually. I tried to cancel my order. She told me that someone would call to refund me. No call! I tried calling, no answer again, left another message. Sent another email and no response. I have no pellets after waiting in all day, and nearly £500 worse off and don't know whether I have been scammed! Terrible! Do not buy from these people.

I had a delivery of wood pellets a month ago that was the worst delivery I have ever had of pellets in over 10 years. Bags were torn and wet after being repacked by the delivery company.
So why the 5 star review? Because as soon as I complained, Pellet Kings phoned me up to apologise and to offer a replacement straight away. Even though this was the fault of the delivery company, Pellet Kings put it right.
I thought this was excellent customer service.

Just recieved my 300kg pallet of birch logs. I'm so impressed. The product delivery tracker was very useful. Delivered within 3 working day, which was quicker than I expected.
Lovely wood. Perfect sized, no need to chop smaller. Tested it with my moisture tester and it's totally dry.
Fantastic exprience. I will use this company from now on, as I have had terrible experiences with other suppliers.

Ordered a prince size crate of kiln dried birch, communications good and very smooth delivery. Very impressed with quality of the wood- burning really well. Will definitely use again.

Ordered two almost two weeks ago and I still don’t have any wood… ordered some more from elsewhere and it’s coming in three days. Won’t be using this bunch of cowboys again - especially after reading all the negative reviews on here.

I ordered so called kiln dried wood but what I got was unwrapped (no plastic cover) arrived a week late and according to the driver had been sitting in the pooring rain for days at the warehouse he picked it up from because. Do not use these guys. The lie, do not care and when you complain or ask for a refund you don't exist.

Found this company on the web , great and easy to navigate site, one massive problem is they advertise 1.8 cubic meters of firewood in various species of wood , fantastic I thought comes neatly packaged and delivered and not a bad price, so what was the problem? We’ll you don’t get 1.8 meters you get exactly half the amount .8 meters when you read the small print 1.8is a loose amount but when stacked it only amounts to half . On complaining they never got back to me ,a good product but not a good price for what you actually receive . If you shop around there are plenty of companies more transparent and good value for money.

I thought I would give Pelletkings a try.
After having used the Luxury Wood Company for a few years, I came to re-order and found that their price has gone up quite a lot, and my last pallet contained a number of pieces of fairly rotten wood, so I thought it was time to look around.

I received my delivery to CW5 from Pelletkings today and found that the wood was very good quality, nice and dry, no mould, and the customer service was excellent, delivery time was very good too.
I will use them in the future.

When I ordered my kiln dried logs I didn't receive information about delivery. It took several emails and a phone call that went to voicemail to get a response. I thought I would not get the logs I paid for. In the meantime I ordered more logs from another company. They delivered quickly. Eventually the order from PelletKings arrived but the logs don't appear to be kiln dried as they were dark and damp and some pieces much too big, they will need chopping. Very different from the other order from a different company. I would not use this company again.
