Appalling quality, unwearable goods from China. They’ll take weeks to arrive before you attempt to try them on, then the seller will refuse to provide a return address and refund you. HUGE SCAM!

Complete scam! They take weeks to arrive from China and then you can’t return anything. Having the same experience as some of the other comments, unable to return anything because they won’t provide information. They take days to respond with half the information deliberately and then make you email again (dragging out the process) saying you have to wait for a code to be sent and then the code isn’t sent and you have to send each item back to different addresses in China which they won’t provide. It’s a total nightmare. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!

Similar to these reviews I had a horrible experience! I wish I found this tread before.
They took ages to ship, 2 different shipments. Refused to provide address to return. Offered 20 % refund on a £100 order.
Complained to PayPal but nothing is done so far.
I received today an address to return, it looks like this.

Post office didn’t know what to do with it.
Horrible company and policies in place meant to scam the costumers!!!

I would've given it a 0 star! Honestly the worst costumer service ever. I purchased an item which was meant to arrive within 3-5 days, but it took them 3 weeks as they ship from china which I wasn't aware of. The item had no labels no tags, absolutely nothing!!! I contacted customer service and they offered me a 20% refund for some bizarre reasons, and I'm still waiting for them to send me the senders address so I can get my refund. DO NOT BUY FROM PELIE

They ship from China and it takes according to their own website up to "sixty business days". With any complaints about the delivery time, they tell you to read terms and conditions" before confirming the purchase.
In my case, the order took 20 days to arrive (to London). Quality, to my surprise, is good.

Please don’t waste your money with this company!

Took 4 weeks to ship to me, I tried to cancel order as the delivery was too late. Told them I intended to return everything as it would no longer be needed - they offer a 20% refund…..

Reselling Aliexpress stock at huge markups. Super obvious as they can't even be bothered to change the stock images and rip them straight from AE.
The elastic harnesses are £1.63 on AE, they're reselling them at £24. If you don't believe me, put "elastic harness" into the search box on AE and you get this "companies" entire catalogue.

Pointed this out on Instagram and they removed the comment and blocked me. Well, try removing this..

SCAM. Pelie.Co.uk provided not fit for purpose, unwearable garments and a returns policy that ensures you do not get your money back. They are not based in the UK, they are a broker who send various unwearable items from China. They are not transparent on their location or returns and make returns so difficult for the customers you will not get your money back. I spend around £80, and they are fully aware there is no way a customer will be refunded. After around 7-8 emails my best result was to be refunded 35% of my purchase if I abandon trying to return the items. I received £25 refund for £80 of items. They are thieves with a high end website to dupe customers.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I wish I had read the reviews before I did... the website looks nice and the products look to be good good quality but they are NOT, they are cheap items shipped from China. To return something you have to pay to ship it back to China and then only offered me a 20% refund for the item so it was pointless sending it off as! £60 down the drain just before my wedding, NOT HAPPY

Very slow service, don't be duped by the website. Returns are completely convoluted and need to be sent back to China which by the time postage has been paid is completely pointless. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

Absolutely terrible company, if you can even call it a company. Nice looking website, but they actually don't produce, or hold any items themselves. They simply take your money and then buy the item from AliExpress and Mark it up by 300%. They don't tell you that it will take up to 2 months for delivery until you have paid. But then it is coming from China. What an absolute con. You'd be better off going to AliExpress directly. They have all the same items at a 3rd of the cost and free delivery.

dont even want to give them 1 star!!! after waiting weeks for a delivery..they then tell me its been delivered to my home when i was in all day no delivery no card nothing then try and tell me might be at post office...you cant claim from post office unless its a missed delivery!!! total scam do not use this company!!!!! they steal your money!!!!

Faulty product and told I have to return my item to China at my own cost. Absolute rubbish. Avoid. Will be looking at how UK regulators can bring these to task. Illegal practice.

Complete SCAM! Goods are tacky and quality is questionable, faulty goods sent, missing items and do not match photos on web site. Customer service seems to be non existent- I sent photo evidence to them and they did not even acknowledge it and do not want to help. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

DON’T BUY Wish I had read the reviews before buying. Myself like most foolishly thought with the price and photos that this was a quality brand clothing from Europe but no Cheap tacky mass produced Chinese products, can’t even bring myself to try the items on. Complete waste of money. Should be closed down!!!!

AVOID THIS COMPANY. I foolishly assumed they were UK based, but they are hiding behind a polish address and ship from China. They ignore distance trading rules and obviously reply on small transaction amounts to avoid credit card recalls. I wish I had paid by paypal as at least they help recovery.
Goods haven't arrived as they hide the fact that delivery is 3 weeks after they can be bothered to dispatch (which is almost a week), so I have no idea of the likely quality, if they even arrive at all.
I put this down to a bad experience, but by leaving these revives, I hope to stop someone else making the same mistake.

Despite what the site says, Pelie does not design, manufacturer and sell it's own products. All the items I received from my order had labels for various other brands and everything was imported from HK.

Their customer service team are rude and will try and catch you out by showing you their T&Cs which states their items come from overseas.

I used PayPal for my order and PayPal immediately rewarded a refund when I showed them the photos of the items.

Nothing they sell is unique, or high quality. It's the same stuff you can find on Aliexpress.

I ordered 2 items and when the first one arrived, it was not what I ordered and it was bad quality. The second item that could have been sent at the same time, never arrived. After the 60 day policy, I told them it didn't arrive and no refund. Do not order anything from this company. It's a scam.

I strongly advise not to buy. Items are of very bad quality for the price. Unable to return items as the cost of sending them to China is more than the items. Waste of my hard earned money, a deceptive company as items are not as pictured.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Complained about the quality and sizing of the item and told that I had to pay return postage back to China!? Questioned this and was told that they had ‘rejected’ my complaint as they didn’t see any issue?!? The sizing was 20+ cm off the size guide! Absolutely shambolic. In the process of seeking further assistance with the purchase to get a refund. Just avoid.
