This is a non UK company / website.
Company based in China, items are shipped from China, after 6 weeks wait will arrive completely damaged and the quality is non existent , nothing as in pictures. You will be scammed. Return to China will cost you as much as a pair of bra and you will loose money either way . And I wish I read this before I ordered. Customer service is appalling, non existent.

Absolutely crap bought some lovely underwear for my wife m, the website looks great but products are awful.
Never buy anything from these rip off merchants

I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. One item missing, the other doesn't fit and do you think I can find out the relevant information from them? No!
I don't recommend anyone but from this company as their returns policy is non existent and customer service appalling.

Ignore the CO.UK web address, this is not a UK-based company but appears to be registered in Poland, ships from China via Italy. You discover this AFTER placing your order. The bras I ordered were cute but completely the wrong size, and they expect you to pay return postage to boot. Every kind of terrible. I don't like leaving bad feedback but don't want others to be duped. Thankfully I paid via PayPal who have sorted out my refund for me but it's a stress I could do without.

They sent me one order in 2 separated parcels. One arrived and the other one was lost by Royal Mail. I contacted Royal Mail and they gave me a reference number so this company can get the money back from Royal Mail, and can also refund me or send me the item again.
Apparently, after many emails exchanged this company at first refused to refund me; after they said okay’ we will refund you’; and now they stopped answering my emails. Seems that don’t want to give me the refund.
In this case I’ll contact consumer advice England.

Terrible business. Poor quality. Non existent returns policy. One of the 5 items never even arrived. As everyone else is saying on the website, I wish I'd read the reviews before using Pelie. They just took my money and wasted my time.

Scam. please avoid this website. The stuff are not nice like you see it on the pictures. The size are not good. Process to return is impossible. You will end up loosing your money. all products are from Ali express. I wish I read the reviews before I ordered it. Im fuming right now. Scam Scam Scam.

Worse online purchase! The items where very poor quality and very small.
I bought 3 items and they took 4 weeks to arrive. All 3 needed to be returned. I requested the return via email, they sent me the first address with postage snd gave me the full instructions, However this was for 1 of the 3 items.
It then took me a further 2 weeks to get the second address, this one I had to pay £12 for return to China, I sent them the receipt of postage snd I still haven’t received a refund for this.
The 3rd item took another 2 weeks and numerous emails requesting the address, eventually they sent me the address whilst I was on holiday, when I got back I requested the 20% refund as I had lost trust that I would get the money back, they responded with they sent me the return address 2 weeks prior to me email this request and my refund was no longer valid!!
I would never use this company again, they are very incompetent and unprofessional and the quality of the products are a joke!!!

I ordered some bikinis from the website and one of them has a clear defect on both straps because they have been sewn badly. I've sent multiple emails with photos clearly showing the defect but the customer service keeps saying that the colour is the same, and that I have to prove the sizing is wrong, none of which has got anything to do with my request. It sounds like a bot really... In any case, I've not managed to return the item and get a refund. The quality is meh, not worth the money, and it's really just very cheap Chinese made pieces sold as a local UK brand, which is not.

Giving one star because like previous reviews state, I can’t give less. Items arrived and are nothing like what’s advertised…terrible quality and nothing like what I thought I was purchasing. Also came from china which I was not aware of…it doesn’t state that anywhere online. I have been contacting them for 3 days asking for a refund with no luck. The only response I got was to tell me to go onto their FAQ page to get return details…which tell me to contact them. Also I left a review on their website which they didn’t publish as they only publish the 5 star ones (which I can only assume are not genuine!) They are wasting my time when all I want is a full refund (which isn’t a small amount of money) and when they do respond about a refund, they say they can only refund direct to your bank account so need your full bank details…SCAM!! AVOID this website at all cost!

One star because I can’t do less! Bought a nightdress and robe. The items that arrived are nothing to do to what it is advertised. Quality poor and cheap coming from china nothing similar to the elegant and fine lingerie that they advertised. Very disappointed as I bought this for my wedding. Tried to leave a review on their website but obviously they only publish 5 starts reviews. Please avoid. I am trying to return the items and customer service ignoring my emails!

TERRIBLE!!! Products take forever to arrive from CHINA. Shocking quality and poor fit! Took me nearly 3 weeks of emails before they would provide me with a return address. Never received a refund. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

Awful company! Apparently UK website but stuff takes ages to arrive from China, and response to emails are in the middle of night so definitely not UK based.
Reviews on their site must be fake and I wish I’d read these reviews first before spending £85 on absolute tat, that is also ridiculously small! My 7 niece would barely fit into what’s meant to be a medium woman size.
Asked to return because of the size and received an email waffling about breaking contract and that it would be at my expense! Had the return process been the kind of usual process you’d expect I may not have left this review, but as it is, AVOID!!!

Literally the worst experience trying to return items that are too small they make it virtually impossible presumably so you'll keep them.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Wish I’d read the reviews before purchasing. Although it appears they are a UK company they aren’t and stocks comes all the way from China. I purchased the same set in two different sizes and they took weeks to arrive so I missed the event I needed them for - they are both still in the bags. I can also tell they are ivory rather than pure white, so they would’ve have gone with the outfit anyway. Needless to say I contacted ‘customer services’ to arrange a return and was sent a copy and paste response saying I had agreed to terms of conditions of ‘contract’. It was really weird and not addressed personally to anything I mentioned. It seemed to be automated. I’m now in the process of trying to get them to send over the returns form which after 5 days is like blood from a stone and that before I even pay the postage back to bloody China! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!

Wish I'd checked the reviews! Terrible experience! Firstly & MOST IMPORTANTLY... Whilst it has a .co.uk address the item will take a minimum of 4 weeks to arrive with you as it is shipped from China!

Secondly, the size was a little small so I asked to swap to a larger size & was told the only options are ... Complain that there is damage OR ship it back to them at my own expense!

I purchased a corset for a dance show , that despite website saying delivery 2weeks, It can take up to 60days.. from china..

Customer service not helpful.
After numerous emails ,when I asked for a refund, I was informed..

‘We would like to inform you that at this stage (if the order is being sent and you do not yet have it physically) it is only possible to withdraw from the purchase contract. Withdrawal from the purchase contract results in the Product being returned to the Seller at the Customer’s expense.

As soon as the product has arrived, you can also submit a complaint. The product complaint is based on the right of warranty and refers to the event that a material defect of the product is present. ‘

I never ever leave reviews for anything, but this has made me so angry I decided to break my rule!

While this was a lovely set and was made with good quality, the measurements were not at all accurate. I measured myself and ordered a small and the bra was incredibly uncomfortably tight despite ordering the correct size for my measurements. This would not have been an issue if I could have exchanged it, or returned it and ordered a bigger size, as I did love the garment, but this site's returns system is absolutely appalling.

There are no details for returns anywhere on the website and you are required to email them for details - I then had to embark upon a ridiculously long back-and-forth email chain where they deliberately withhold information and take a long time to reply in an attempt to make you miss the returns window. I was offered two options, either a 20% refund without sending the goods back, or returning at my own cost (to an obscure non-existent address, in China, with postage costing nearly the price of the garments themselves). As of today it's been over a week since I began trying to get returns information and I am still no closer to any serious answers, with my returns window nearly running out. For a quick minute I had considered myself a Pelie fan as the set itself was lovely in my case, but the returns 'process' (if that's what it can be called) is so appallingly unprofessional and scammy that I will never buy from here again. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I cancelled my order and they were so helpful.
