me and my wife booked a private car transfer with Pelago from Gambir Station to Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. Despite providing the exact pickup time, the driver never showed up.My wife and I were left stranded outside the station for over half an hour in suffocating, oppressive heat, creating an incredibly stressful situation. In the end, we had to urgently arrange alternative transportation entirely on our own.To make matters worse, when I contacted customer service, they initially invented excuses to avoid giving me a refund. While they have finally returned my money, a refund is the bare minimum for a non-existent service—it does not compensate for the severe distress and poor customer management we experienced. Highly unprofessional. I will never use Pelago again.

It is an excellent website/ app for booking tours and attractions. Not only that it has the best offers and discounts as well

The esim card was easy to apply, install, and activate. It worked perfectly well pretty much the moment I landed in Singapore.

The walking tour and guide were fantastic. We would have liked to have been able to use Kris flyer points to reduce the cost but it was not possible.

I was informed that, while I believed I purchased an eSIM, I had actually purchased a SIM only, which was of no use to me as i already have a SIM which I need to retain for use.
Pelago web site provides great access to various tours and things, but this one went horribly wrong.
My son & I purchased what we understood to be StarHub eSIMS for our pending Singapore visit. The item heading - StarHub Singapore Tourist 5G+ eSIM/SIM. One would think this is either an eSIM or a SIM by choice, but it is not! Evidently, it is a SIM only!! Go figure.
After much reading how to use a QR Code to install an eSIM, considerable anguish, trial & error, I eventually managed to deal with a person at Pelago, via on-line Chat, who did research but then politely informed me that I had purchased a SIM only, no eSIM on what I bought! Evidently when searching the Pelago site, if one wants an eSIM, one must search for "eSIM" and only eSIM options will be listed. One must totally disregard the SIM names provided.
The service person certainly did their best to help, but the result was appalling. On a lighter note, Pelago did cancel the purchases and did refund the payments - not happy at all, as I must start again in my search for a suitable eSIM.

The activities description is not clear for most tour/ activities that I found. It’s very difficult to make decision and there is no option for me to seek clarification before making a purchase

Had never used Pelago by Singapore Airlines before, but as we were flying with Singapore Airlines we got various communications from them. Their prices are really competitive, but as a KrisFlyer member they have even better prices, so we ended up booking quite a few things whilst on our Singapore holiday.

The range of services and experiences offered were very useful and the app was easy to use. Will definitely be using it again.
