Pelago is great. Easy to use and book things. No issues with anything. Vouchers are delivered within minutes, so can literally book at the gate and then get in moments later.

It was a very useful and handy offer
It was a very useful and handy offer. I booked an SQ flight to go on a cruise trip, so purchasing an actual eSIM to get connected wasn't actually preferred considering I will be on land for only a couple of hours before boarding the cruise. But the free eSIM from Pelago by SQ was such a lifesaver because we still needed internet to check on the MRT route and schedule, downloading our cruise app, etc. The process was easy and fast, I could get connected within a minute without a problem.

Good to check on site first
Good to check what the original store is selling at on-site before you buy thru Pelago. Yes my ticket was much cheaper however there are certain bundles that wasn't offered online as there were promotions for within the venue. However when I did book I had an amazing frictionless experience
