1 star is too much, it’s a hoax, not true, they are thieves, do not trust them, I ordered shoes from them, si beautiful, this is how I get dragged, weeks past and I felt the screwing, I didn’t wait, I turned my hurricane on PayPal to get my money back, it was a hassle, but I was hammering every day, never give up, and I get my money.
Now the sad part, even when you start the process of buying, PayPal suppose to collect the data from these f...ers they don’t, I was just talking to them about another shoe site Besmee.com
Unable to tell me if they are trusty, I’m not buying from untrustworthy. PayPal goes: if they don’t send you the shoe, we’ll reimburse you! No I have no time to bulshitt with you guys, cut it off and let the consume know ahead of time by blocking the merchant at the source.

I purchased shoes from Occob.com. They are direct shipped from China. I usually wear a 44 or 45 size shoe so I ordered a 45. The sours arrived and I could barely get them on they were so small. The company does not offer any free return service like most reputable shoe companies do. Instead you have to pay to ship them to China to get a refund. What a waste of money. Avoid!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! Total scam. I ordered 5 pairs of shoes per the advertised promotion email I received. Took 2 months to receive order and when I got the order 5 pairs of shoes came all stuffed into one bag. Only 2 pair were the style I ordered, the other 3 were not even close to what was ordered. None of the shoes received fit and were not the correct size as ordered.They were all 1-2 sizes to small. I have sent numerous emails to them concerning this and inquired as to how to get this corrected. Never received a response. Again save yourself some trouble. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

Получение "товара". Чтобы описать качество товара скажу одно, кроссовки прибыли в почтовом полиэтиленовом конверте, куда, кроме них, вместилась ещё рубашка! А ещё одна пара обуви не приехала ВООБЩЕ!!! На вопрос о том где остаток (исключительно чтобы вернуть весь заказ целиком) рекомендовали обойти вокруг дома и посмотреть не завалилась ли куда то посылка! Иначе чем издевательством, такое не назовёшь!
ЕЩЁ НЕ ВСЁ! Месяц требовал сообщить адрес для возврата! Не рекомендовано возвращать товар, ПОСКОЛЬКУ "ВАМ ЖЕ ДОРОЖЕ БУДЕТ, ОТПРАВКА В КИТАЙ ЗА СЧЁТ НЕДОВОЛЬНОГО КЛИЕНТА..." Иду на принцип. Адрес сообщили. Отправил...
Шестой месяц на исходе после отправки.

Зато спамом заваливают с завидной регулярностью!

They are advertising Timberland shoes and when you order it you receive some imitation brand. I emailed them yesterday and they haven't responded to my email. Avoid this company at all cost.

For me to have to give rating based on actual product I am unable to do so I never actually got the product I canceled my order right after I read all the negative reviews I sent them an email asking them to cancel and refund my money and surprisingly they did just that ASAP. I promised them I would leave this kind of review since they honored my request as far as the quality of their product I'm sorry I can't judge that.

This is a bad company with horrible customer service.
In summer 2020, I ordered footwear from them. It arrived in a plastic bag and looked like a car was driven on this bag. The shoes were formless, ugly and of a bad quality (cheap man-made material). The same day, I sent them back. Initially, the company responded to my emails promising to reimburse my money as soon as the return arrives. In five months, I received my shoes back. As a postal clerk explained to me by looking at the stickers on the package, they received it and without opening sent it back. Now, I am back with this ugly product, wasted $25 for the return and no reimbursement. Of course, they stopped answering my emails about three months ago. Stay away from this company!!!

After waiting for nearly 2 months now I eventually received my Legendary Whitetails Mens Journeyman Flannel Rugged Shirt Jacket and I have to say that I am very, very disappointed, it looks nothing like the shirt advertised on the Pearlfeet website, which is extremely misleading and I’m sure is illegal!

I am 6 feet tall and although I ordered XL in size it is a very tight fit, is short in the arm length and also very short in the body length.

There is NO label in the collar, NO tab on the left hand breast pocket and NO badge on the left hand sleeve and I'm sure its not of a flannel material.

I have also noticed that the shirt shown in the picture on the Pearlfeet website has 7 buttons down the front where as the shirt that I’ve been sent has only 4 buttons down the front, these buttons also look very different to the ones shown in the picture.

I can only assume that Pearlfeet produce rip off reproduction items at a very low quality - I have contacted them but they haven't bothered to reply.

I bought a padded shirt. Photo showed a lovely cotton shirt but what eventually turned up after around 8 weeks was a vile polyester copy that if I get too near to any kind of heat will end up being a second skin. Avoid these Chinese rip off companies.

Bought pearlfeet shoes in May 2020. They still haven't arrived. Company refuses to give back refund. Won't say when or if I'll ever get the shoes. STAY AWAY!

SPLIT SOLE ONE MONTH OLD. I bought two pairs of 3/4 boots. One split in half after 1 1/2 months of use. Right down the center from toe to heal. The other pair I wear less. It took 5 months to receive my order.
The pandemic, which was okay but..the company communication is the worst ever. Every emailed inquiry was responded by a computer. The response stated thnk you for your email. nothing more.

These guys are total scum of the earth. I ordered products that were beyond horrible. I then asked 10 times to be unsubscribed from future emails, and instead they send more emails. You cannot get rid of them. It's like a horror story. I am seeking legal counsel to sue them, but in the meantime I strongly urge all of you. Do not even go on their website. They will never let you go, and their products are NOTHING like described.

Ordered two shirts and a pair of shoes. It took months to get one shirt. Contacted customer service and all they would say is that it was shipped. Tracking showed it was delivered to the mail box and received. It never was, and CS would not return any answers. Out around $70.00. Beware!

ordered pants and paid for fast shipping. Took six weeks to arrive and pants although marked with right size look like pants for a ten year old. To return must mail to China. I would never shop them again and say others don.t.

Basically made in China. Wrong size poor quality. Not worth the time returning. They loose because I won't buy from them ever again and will tell others like I'm doing here. It costs more to return the shoes than what they are worth.

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes. Took 2 months to arrive only to find they were too small. When I emailed for information on returning my order they suggested I gift them to someone instead and offered me a 20% discount if I placed another order.

After 2 more months they finally responded with how to return my order:

Feel free to check tracking status on USPS website. Once package reaches China it apparently goes into a black hole for the refund never to be completed.

Their shoes are of terrible quality. After wearing them for about 2 hours, I soon realized that the mechanics of the belt (that ties them to your feet) is itchy, loose, and easily breakable.
Not only that, but after ordering from them, I'm getting countless junk mail from them (though I tried to unsubscribe many times). Do not infect yourself with this failure of a company.
