ich schließe mich meinen Vorgängern leider an. Nach ewiger Lieferzeit kam die totale Schrottware. Die Ware ist völlig abweichend von der Beschreibung, statt aus der in der Artikelbeschreibung erklärten Baumwolle bestehen die Kleidungsstücke aus Plastikfasern (was in den Etiketten sogar vermerkt ist), das eine Paar Schuhe, was zur Lieferung gehört, ist derart billig verarbeitet, dass es schon beim Auspacken zu bröseln begann. Ich erklärte beim Verkäufer, dass ich die Ware nicht haben möchte, weil ich mich getäuscht fühle. Dieser erklärte mir. dass er untröstlich sei und meinte, ich würde das Geld freilich zurück erhalten, sobald ich die Ware zurück gesandt hätte. Er wies mich bei der Gelegenheit gleich noch darauf hin, dass Pakete nach China sehr teuer seien und oft nicht sicher, ob sie jemals ankämen. Ich wr sehr verärgert, bat aber dennoch um die Anschrift. Dann ein zweites und ein drittes Mal. Seither erhalte ich lediglich automatisierte Antworten, niemals aber eine Anschrift, zu der ich etwas tatsächlich Zurücksenden könnte. Leider fiel mir auch erst im Laufe meiner Recherche auf, dass die Firma nicht wie ursprünglich angenommen (und auf der Homepage vermerkt), in England, sondern in China sitzt. Finger weg von diesem Unternehmen!!!

Es un robo. Nunca envían el producto. Te envían una guía que no existe y se quedan con el dinero

Big ripoff. They take your money and run.

Please not all that glitter is gold. Do not buy anything from this company. They are scammers. I bought 5 items from them and received 5 totally different items of very low quality. Sent emails several times and never got any response from them. I did not know that it was a bogus Chinese company. It was listed as a UK company. This was in June 2020, now the website is updated with a fake chinese address. Do not do business with them.

Los productos son de muy mala calidad, lo que muestran en la pagina no es ni parecido a lo que te envian, no contestan correos y cuando les dices que los vas a demandar contestan que se entienda con la transportadora del pais.
No le recomiendo a nadie estos productos.

I would give them a Zero but the system would not let me.....I received one of the 2 pairs I ordered.....they asked if I wanted to wait 5 months for the other pair or get a refund....I asked for a refunding and it has been 3 months......they will not return my email.....corrupt company.....I have contacted the Better Business Unit to have the shut down.....yert

Biggest rubbish you can buy for money, would so not recommend, they are horrible to wear, when you get out of them the sole comes out clued to your feed, total rubbish, don't buy! Not worth one dollar.

Like everyone else, shipping took over 2 months. I have a narrow foot, but these are still tight. They have no liner inside so feet rub on raw edges of rubber (?) leather (?). Whatever it is, whether I wear socks or not, I get blisters if I walk anymore than a couple hundred feet. I gave up on them today and they are in the garbage. I wish I would have checked reviews before buying, a mistake I'll never make again. Also, will never order direct from China again, either.

Ordered items never arrived. Tried to work with them but never got anywhere. Apied for refund from them and then through PayPal. Never got my money back. Out $100. Company is overseas. First time I have ever been ripped off. Hesitant to ever order online again.

Ordered 2 pairs, size 13. Deceiving ad because it ships from Asia and took about 4 months to arrive. Shoes fit more like size 12, so were useless. At that point, what do you do? You can't return it. No response to emails. Was willing to exchange and wait another 4 months, but customer service is non-existent. Donated the shoes and vowed to always check where products ship from. Lesson learned.

I ordered my shoes in early June. Still haven't got them. Received another email in September telling me there is going to be a further delay. I asked for a refund. Now they claim the shoes were delivered.

Absolutely the worst transaction i’ve had in 73 years. Shoe SIZE patterns no where near USA sizes. Would not return total amount. No return shipping policy. Buyer must return.....you priced shipping to China lately? Very poor communicators too.
This company is total scam, U.S. should pull import license. Took 40 days to get shoes!!!! Will have to give them to a friend hoping they fit....

Shoes arrived after two months. Too big, so I asked to return for the right size. They required a pic of the shoe label and package label. Another 10 days and then they said: "As an honest seller, we could issue a 20% refund as the compensation and offer a 20% discount code for your next purchase. We suggest you to give the shoes to your friend who can wear it." !!! I wrote five times and each time they refused a refund and told me to give them away...and order another pair at 20% off. Ridiculous. Shoes look cheap also, by the way. Do NOT order from these people. They think if you buy a pair of shoes that don't fit, too bad! What reputable business does this? NONE!

Esto es peor que malo!! Llevo mas de dos meses esperando por unos zapatos y no me han llegado. Le he escrito varias veces exigiendo que me devuelvan el dinero y de eso nada. Solo me escriben que lo lamentan el retraso y que pronto recibire la orden.

mi experiencia nos es tán negativa. hice un pedido en mayo. en agosto no había llegado. contacté con ellos y me pidieron que esperase un par de semanas. finalmente al no recibir el envío, me han devuelto el dinero. en todo momento me comuniqué en inglés con ellos -están en Corea, aparentemente-.

Cheap products and terrible customer service.
Purchased a shirt and shoes - Shirt had a XL label when delivered but was very small...not even close to a normal US XL. I looked at their chart before buying as well. Shoes were defective - one of the eyelets wasn't crimped correctly. Lacking quality and true service. They offered 10% off my next purchase. Buy more...no way.

I ordered my shoes before reading any of the reviews, and then read the reviews and got scared that they would either never come in or be way too small if they did. So I was extremely happy when they came in, right in the time frame that the website told me they would and the exact size I ordered. They are perfect. I will order again with confidence.

I ordered from a company called Vifeet same shoes different company same crap . My shoes smell like a strong chemical factory , my shoes do not fit and if I want a refund Or replace my shoes I must ship shoes back to France which by the way the shoes came from China. It will cost me more to ship the shoes back then I paid for the shoes. They also false advertised it was suppose to be $39.99 Canadian instead they charged me US dollars . over $60 . never again.
