I was worried that it wouldn't get here in time for my trip. As there were reviews that said shipping was terrible but It arrived in plenty of time. And I love the bag it's not huge like some of the others I looked at.

After I made my order one evening
After I made my order one evening, the next morning I decided to cancel my order. It took hours to respond. They said it was to late to cancel that I had to keep it. I explained in several emails that I didn’t want the product, when it arrives I will not open it and all I want is a postage paid return label. I also stated that maybe in the future I could possibly consider again but not at this time. This is the worst company that is unwilling to work with a customer and force them to keep a product they don’t want. This company was sent a photo that that package arrived and unopened and all I’m asking is for a simple label. Please make it right. How long before I hear from WALTER?

We do want to be clear: we absolutely do accept returns. What we are not able to offer is prepaid return labels, as we are an international brand and the return shipping cost falls on the customer, which we know is not ideal and something we are working to improve.

Delivery tracking is great. Product feels good slung around my body. Top pocket is not a good place for cellphone. Open design doesn't protect from rain. Magnetic closure did something to it's battery.

On the phone pocket, that is useful to know and something we are actively looking at improving in future versions. On the magnetic closure affecting your battery, we want to be transparent: the magnet used in the closure is very small and low-strength, and it would be highly unusual for it to have any impact on a modern smartphone battery, as phones are designed to handle everyday magnetic exposure. tried to contact peaksta customer service via hello @ peaksta.com but all that comes up are reviews.
three times (one online and two via my phone) have I sent an inquiry with no response for a week now. the question is both the slim carry 2&3 are both on sale for the same $59 bogo plus two wallets, can I get one of each for the Bogo price? I like the security of the 3 and it comes in the black/olive color I want but the 3 doesn't have the bright color options that the 2 does and that my wife would like. Simple question yet no response. might have to go with the Foldie?

Bag is wonderful. Other than I feel like the snap is already coming off. Which makes me sad. Also, maybe consider a different shipping carrier. My package sat for days.

Road tripping
We were leaving for a road trip, bags on porch, moving to the car when the mail lady delivered my 2 new Peekstas!! I was so happy we didn’t miss taking them. Loaded it up while my son was driving and tada, I’m a Peeksta believer!!
Handy, lightweight, easy to access zippers and fits everything I needed for the trip!
I’m back home now and carrying it on a regular basis. It’s so much easier than a crossbody, you may have converted me for life!!
If you’re on the fence about Peeksta, get off the fence and order 1 or 2!! You’ll be a crossbody convert as well!! 😊

If I am being honest I was nervous…
If I am being honest I was nervous about ordering because I've been burned by "fake sites " in the past. I am thrilled to report that my two for one arrived with exactly what was described and I LOVE it. I have received so many compliments about my new bag and I am happy to tell everyone where I got it!
