I tired of the traditional cross body handbag—too awkward. Then I tried a well-reviewed fanny pack. I liked it until I put it around my middle. I was a little disappointed in the amount of time is was taking to receive the gear. So I emailed the company and got a very nice PERSONAL response that explained the situation. That's all it took to put my mind at ease. When the gear arrived, it was exactly how it was presented.

Classy and functional.
While shipping took longer than I expected, such that we didn’t get to use the products on our recent trip, the bags are very nice. They look classy (bought the beige/brown and the olive colored crossbody), are durable, with lots of compartments, and fit great, just as advertised. Excited to use them! Even my husband, who refuses to carry crossbody bags, loves his!

Nice company to deal with and very attractive bags. I am disappointed with the length of the zipper on the main pocket. I have had these bags in the past and that pocket opening was about two inches longer, a standard size gift card barely fit through it. And I greatly miss the fourth pocket I had which was on the top edge. I will enjoy these but won’t recommend as highly as my previous bags.

You are right that we have made design changes over time, and the shorter main zipper and the removed top pocket are real differences from earlier versions. The intent was to streamline the silhouette, but I hear you that the trade-off cost you usability you valued. I really like the bag overall.
I really like the bag overall but when the description says “thin” it really is and is just not quite big enough for me to carry every day. The pockets are also very deep and a little bit difficult to get things out of. I love that the pockets are lined with orange so you can see inside well. The outside is sleek and nice looking and I like the two tone one I got. If you only carry a few small things, this is a great bag. It’s just not big enough for me for every day.

You are absolutely right that the slim profile is the trade-off, and it does not suit every daily carry. We lean into it being a minimal everyday and travel bag rather than a do-it-all, but I hear you that the pocket depth can make small items tricky to fish out. Both points are noted for future iterations.

Slim Carry 2 & Travel Slings met my expectations and performed as advertised. The buy one free one offer is a great incentive for a bag of such quality so I bought more of different colours. I will use one for exercising while the rest are for other occasions and as spares.

Happy with my Slim Carry bags, but not happy with your customer service.
I received my slim carry bags for myself and my wife today. They are exactly as advertised, and I am very pleased. I received them 9 days after shipping confirmation. The only issue I have is I was unable to track my order. The tracking number you provided came back as not found, or invalid. I emailed you for help, and it took days for you to respond. Your response was not helpful. You only told me how to track my package, which I had done already. You failed to address the issue of the feedback I received when I tried to track my package, stating that the tracking number was NOT FOUND OR INVALID. I don’t know if this is a routine issue, or it was only an issue with my order. I would like to know why I wasn’t able to track my order before I make any purchases from your company in the future. My inability to track my order had me thinking I had fallen victim to a scam. Thank you.

Hi, thank you for the honest review and I am really glad the bags themselves landed well for you and your wife. The customer service experience, though, is on us and you are right to call it out.
A tracking number coming back as "not found or invalid" is exactly the kind of thing that should trigger a real investigation on our side, not a generic "here is how to track" reply. That is a failure of our support process, not a question that was beneath asking. Apologies for the frustration and for the days you spent wondering whether you had been scammed.
To answer your question directly: this can happen when the carrier has not yet scanned the package into their system after a label is created, but it should resolve within a day or two. If it persists for longer, like in your case, that is a real issue and we should be tracing it on our end, not asking you to retry the link.
I am taking this feedback to the support team so the next person who emails about an invalid tracking number gets an actual answer. Thank you for the patience.

Well-made, quality construction. Nice zippers
Items arrived quickly and packaged safely. The Peaksta purse does not work for me. Customer Service was prompt to reply to my concerns. I would have preferred to do a complete return; but paying for return shipping was just "too much" on top of what I had already spent. Peaksta offered - and I accepted - a 10% refund. Not huge, but better than nothing -- and, again, communication was speedy and polite.
The bags are well-made. The key leash is a HUGE plus. The RFID "wallet" is ridiculous -- I'd never use that, ever! But if you want a well-constructed "purse" and can stand to have it slung over your right shoulder, this could be the great find you've been looking for.

Some tricky about the return policy!
They promised 24 hour response after request for return/refund. Obviously they did not honor it or I would’ve given him a better review. It’s been about two weeks now and they still have not given me an address. Plus what I’ve come to recognize as another sign of unreliability is without giving an address, they say they will give a 10% refund and you can keep the product or mail the product to a foreign country. The refusal to abide by the terms they advertised is even worse than the problems with the bag.

Small and compact but they hold all I need
The purses are VERY small and compact, but I was able to get everything of importance to fit. My only complaint is that the edge of the strap is rough and irritates my neck when I wear it. I’m going to have to make a little cover to take care of that. It’s very lightweight and comfortable otherwise.
