I love the bag, but the magnet closure on the cell phone fell off the first day.
I love the bag, but my magnet broke into three pieces and fell off the first day. Now the strip over the cell phone pocket just hangs there, no more magnetic closure.

My order was delivered in less than five days. Bag is easy to wear. Zippers are easy to open and close. I have been through two other bags before finding this product. I won’t switch back.
Customer service is timely to respond.

Two weeks and still no package.
I ordered from peaksta over two weeks ago and still have not received my purchase. The tracking number has said "processing" for a while. I reached out to peaksta twice asking for an update and support and have not heard anything back. Finally I called the shipping company 2 weeks after ordering and they told me that the package was just delivered to them that morning. I should not be the one tracking this down. Terrible customer service. If I do not receive in time I will be returning as I am purchased the bag for a trip to Europe. With everythng being so expensive my expectation is to receive the item in a timely manner. 2 weeks in a world where shipping is the norm is a bit ridiculous. Also, just respond to my inquiry instead of ignoring your customers.

If I could give it a zero or a -0 I would. The absolute worst company ever it took forever to get the bag. I was on my vacation when it was delivered. After multiple multiple emails I finally got this response and they expect you to pay for mailing it back. After receiving this letter from them, I responded with
Why should I pay for returning it? I have never paid to return. I expect you to pay for it. Send me a label and I will be happy to return it to you and then you can give me back my refund. I am beside myself, this is going on day after day after day enough is enough you send me the return label and you pay for the shipping and refund my $58.73 I would never give this to anyone and 10% off ($5.88) is Insulting.

Received two Slim Carry 2 bags with 2 RFIDs The bags are roomy with 3 zippered areas for storing items and have hide-away zippers which are nice and an adjustable strap, which is good to have.

The Peaksta Slim Carry 2
The Peaksta Slim Carry 2 is quite nice and the colour of the bag is striking. It's useful for carrying a phone, passport and slim wallet. However, it is not feasible to put in other things as the bag will bulge in an unsightly manner and the zips will be exposed. I put the phone into the zipped compartment instead of the pocket with the button because the button is not tight and there's a risk that the phone will fall out. Moreover, my phone sticks out of that compartment by about 1.5cm so it can be seen by other people. I will use this bag on a day to day basis but will use other bags with more sturdy anti theft features when I travel.

Horrible customer service
I had not received my merchandise.
I sent an email to customer service, and they forwarded it to the delivery company.
I sent photos of them dropped at the wrong door. Still no resolution, just that “we are right.”

Pickpocket Proof Tested
I'm really glad that I received this email to leave a review. I was planning on sending an email in the morning. I just arrived from Rome and your bag saved my property. Because of your well designed zippers, a pickpocket was unable to steal my valuables. I was able to catch her in the act because of the difficult to open zippers. I truly give your bag an honest 10/10! I will never travel with any other bag again.
