Not a traveler!
First off, I didn’t buy it for travel. I bought it because I have neck issues. The curve of the strap, does not put any discomfort to my neck! Thank you for that. I’m getting used to the size. Sunglasses are one slight problem, and a slim enough wallet is what I am looking for now. But for the most part, I’m liking it. That’s good coming from a 79 year young woman!

Misleading product description and return policy
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing the Peaksta Slim Carry 3. The order arrived later than expected and does not appear to conform to the advertised description, as it is too small to fit an iPad as stated. Customer service also did not respond within the promised 24-hour timeframe, taking 4 days to reply. In addition, the return policy is presented as easy, but the relevant terms are not clearly disclosed and require returns to be shipped to the Netherlands, despite the order shipping from the U.S. Between the false advertising, the delayed response time, the poor delivery experience, and the difficult return process, this has been a very frustrating and disappointing purchase.
Update as of August 13, 2026. Walter responded as you can all see here. He stated that he'll handle this return without further hassle. I emailed him at the email address he provided, with his name in the subject per his instruction, and I reference the Trusted pilot review. In the email, I sent a screen grab of their own website that stated it fits an ipad. The Slim Carry 3 does not fit an ipad. That was 7 days ago on August 6, 2026. There has been zero response from Walter or anyone else at Peaksta. Curious how long it will take for someone to respond to this follow-up to the review.

On the iPad claim, the Slim Carry 3 is not designed to fit an iPad and if that was stated anywhere in our product description it should not have been. Abyssal customer service
Abyssal customer service. Delayed shipping. 2 plus weeks and no items. Lousy follow up from the company. I had to contact my credit card company and dispute the charges. Items ship from China per the tracking... which is not disclosed When ordering. Shipping must take weeks. Not sure as my items haven't arrived. Don't waste your time or money.

Great deal
Considering that I ordered from the Philippines, the delivery was relatively fast. Also, I was very satisfied with how the actual product was when I opened the package of the slim carry 2- light not bulky, zippers facing the inside, the material. Plus 1 got a free RFID wallet.

BEWARE!
Customerservice is horrible. It took forever to get my bags because they were shipped from China. The bags are not as expected. The pockets are extremely small and if you put anything inside that is not flat, like a lipstick, they do not sit flat on your body like the advertisements depict. I have emailed Customerservice three times to get return instructions and they have not responded.
EDIT: I emailed the company (4th time) and let them know I wrote a trust pilot review. I got an immediate email with a “canned” response from Dee apologizing and offering me a 10% discount if I wanted to keep the bags. (I still feel they should be like other companies and offer free returns.) I also got an immediate reply on my trust pilot review. I guess that got their attention! I stand by my original review and I am not going to change it.

Slim Carry Bags are pretty good
I received my two Slim Carry bags pretty quickly and they looked like the pictures. I was a little disappointed in the way they hang on the body. They don't sit flat on the body; they stick out which looks odd.

Honestly after placing an order almost 2 months ago. I have sent multiple emails trying to track my purchase. You get canned emails that are not helpful. Posted to trustpilot previously where I got a response to go back to their website. Went back to their website and AGAIN no response. I finally filed a dispute with my credit card for a refund and they responded to that. Maybe they need to spend more time on their own emails and do some customer service. Right now no bags and no refund. Pathetic way to do business

I Struggled with the process
1. Delivered way beyond suggested delivery date, had to call the third party shipping company to locate the product.
2. Im currently struggling to get a return started, there is no phone number, and company relies on email only. Ive received two replies about delayed shipping after delivery, but no reply to return request. I then realized that consumer has to pay all international shipping fees to return, which may cost more than the product. This should be disclosed in some way for us international consumers as its not the norm. I guess lesson learned to beware of purchasing internationally going forward. This is frustrating since my budget is limited. It is not clear when purchasing anything from this website that its a company in the netherlands that I could see. Im old so maybe thats it.
3.Finally, there was no indication that this is a left sided hanging bag with no way to adjust it to right sided bag for folks who need to access their belongings from the right side. I had to use chat gpt to find this information which pulled from outside sources. Most humans are right handed so why a left sided hanging bag is beyond me. Other similar products offer both sides to choose from.
Im sure this is a breeze if we live in the Netherlands, but across the globe its just an anxiety provoking experience. I would not recommend ordering unless you are absolutely sure of this product. This wont work for those of us who are spoiled by the Amazons of the world.

On the return shipping costs, you are absolutely right that we need to make it clearer upfront that returns go to the Netherlands at the customer's expense. That is a transparency issue we are actively working to fix. On the bag orientation, that is also fair feedback and something we are working to communicate more clearly in our product descriptions.

Peaksta customer service - dismal experience
Ordered 7.4.2026. Politely requested delivery update on 7.14, 7.16 and the final 7/17 request: "Howdy -now 3 days and no response. I can keep this up as long as you can. Please be advised, however, that I am prolific in review-writing. ON ALL MEDIA PLATFORMS. See if you can now rise above a 1-star customer experience review by simply responding to my initial, polite request. Where is my order? Today is July 17th; I ordered these items on July 4th. Please advise."
Delivery on 7.18; however, I now no longer care about the product itself. The lack of customer service negates any satisfaction with the slings. Needless to say, will never order from (nor recommend) this company.
