A thought though, I wonder why the bag does not have the name PEAKSTA in any part of the bag.

I still have not received my bags
I still have not received my bags. I ordered 2 for a planned trip to Italy. It's been almost a month since I ordered them and I have not received any information from this company to let me know the status of my order. Very disappointment. I would never order another thing from Peaksta.

Communication is slow and incomplete l and questions not answered satisfactory. Couldn't find out how or when it was going to be delivered. Purchased made on Reliance of website information and timing. Delivery was much later than expected. We ordered through the company instead other outlet to receive the lastest product.

Upon reading this confirmation I believed they also would send the wallet(s) mentioned in their confirmation..
Their apology indicates that I have a misunderstanding. The wallets are for another promotion. How can I be confused from their confirmation? If it didn't apply to I my order then why send a confirmation for them?
I have my bags but have so many issues with the company I simply can't recommend.

Well I was told the delivery service…
Well I was told the delivery service couldn’t deliver. I resent the address verification. I received an email it was out for delivery. This has been 4 -5 weeks. I still don’t have my purse. I recently received an email that I need to track my package.??? I ask for a refund. The review talk about delivery issues. Well I am a customer who is having issues with delivery. Now let’s see how long or if I get a refund.

Hi Tamara, we are truly sorry for this experience. Four to five weeks, a delivery attempt that failed, address verification sent, an out for delivery notification and still no bag is completely unacceptable. Being asked to track it yourself on top of all that is not okay.
