It’s my weekend bag
It’s my weekend bag. And soon to be used for my up coming holiday. Like the pouch bag it’s comfy. If only they had one for those are right handed people where they sling over on the left side. For this more suitable for left handed people. Still satisfied.

It's a good bag. Lightweight, surprised at the amount of room inside, my tablet fits easily, convenient pockets for easy access to phone/ necessities. I am actually a bit impressed.

Nice Bag, Terrible customer service after the sale.
I took advantage of the buy 1, get 1 slim carry bag. Firstly, the time to receive the bags was very slow, close to 3 weeks...the tracking showed it shipped from China ( not the Netherlands ) When I received them, I was happy with one bag...the other, I felt the color was off. It was to be black and olive green. ( I had bought this color to accessorize a specific olive green outfit I had recently bought for a trip ) The color was more gray and black. I reached out to customer support for an exchange and/ or refund. They basically offered neither and said I would have to return the disappointing bag to Netherlands. Very cost prohibitive to return and reorder. Now I know why they advertise less than 2% of people return. I feel disappointed in the company. They have a great design but customer service is lacking so I would not recommend or buy from them again.
As a P.S. I think the bags are made in China and not Netherlands as they failed to answer a direct question from me ( not once, but twice )as to where they are made.

On the color, we understand how disappointing it is when a color does not match what you were expecting, especially when bought to pair with a specific outfit. That matters and we should have handled your exchange request better.
On where the bags are made: we have never claimed they are made in the Netherlands. Our bags are designed here, but like the vast majority of bags sold worldwide, they are manufactured abroad. We are sorry that was not communicated clearly when you asked directly.
On the return cost, we hear you and we know shipping internationally is not cheap. It is something we are actively working to improve.

Really like it
Really like it, lightweight nice layout. Only thing I wish is it had a gusset on the outside edge, so it has the ability to get a little fatter if you put a glass case in it. Then the front pockets wouldn’t be too tight.

Slow to ship, slow to respond. If you're ordering a month ahead of your need for this product, you're too late. Allow six weeks or more. The product itself is good.

I am incredibly happy with my Peaksta Slim Bag. It is remarkably lightweight and compact, yet it surprisingly fits absolutely all of my daily essentials. I can easily carry my very large cell phone, keys, wallet, IDs, and even my glasses along with their case. On top of all that, it still has room for a foldable shopping bag. If you are looking for a sleek, small bag that does not compromise on storage space, I highly recommend this one. shipping was fast and as promised!

Buyer Beware!! No free returns and left handed bags
In July 2026, I fell for the BOGO offer for the Peaksta Slim Carry 2 bags for an upcoming trip. Shipping and delivery were very slow and the bags did not arrive until after I had returned. So I requested a refund. I received an email from Dee stating that I would have to pay shipping charges to return the bags to their processing center in the NETHERLANDS! As an alternative, I could keep the bags and they would offer a refund of 10% as “a gesture of appreciation.” The information about being responsible for paying shipping charges to the Netherlands is indeed stated in their return policy, but you have to read way down in the details to find this tidbit. Obviously I failed to do this—otherwise I would have never placed the order in the first place. I am very used to FREE RETURNS with Amazon. Also these bags are left handed bags—not switchable—I am not left handed. Buyer beware!!

You are right that our return policy requires customers to cover return shipping to our processing center, and I hear you that having this buried in the policy details is not ideal. That is fair feedback and something we should make more prominent in the checkout flow.
On the bag orientation: the Slim Carry 2 is designed to be worn on either side by adjusting the strap direction, it is not a left-handed-only bag. Happy to help you set it up for right-side wear if that would be useful, just email hello@peaksta.com with your order number and we will walk you through it.
On the delayed shipping and missed trip: that is genuinely on us, and given that combination I would like to make this right. Please email me directly at hello@peaksta.com with subject line "TRUSTPILOT FOLLOW UP" and your order number, and we will look at a full refund without you needing to ship the bags to the Netherlands.
