As the UK’s largest veterinary charity, PDSA is dedicated to supporting people and their pets. PDSA provides free and low-cost vet care in 49 Pet Hospitals across the UK to people that can’t afford the full cost of their pet’s care, ensuring that pets and their families can stay together longer.

Caring & able to get sorted
Great online service & able to share photos of my dog where I need help with.Telephone appointment was the next day & I was asked lots of questions & was able to put my mind at rest.I felt that the vet who rang really cared about my dog & that meant a lot.Excellent.

Pdsa took in a injured stray cat that…
Pdsa took in a injured stray cat that was taking refueued in my back garden now with my anxiety it was very hard to get her there bjt when I was there they did everything they coukd to help her provided cst carrier as didn't have one sewn me fairly quickly due to my anxuety and was able to pass the stray cat over to them after giving them detials and explained my situation and it's now esied my anxiety and good to know she is now being looked after buy pdsa and hopefully rehomed very soon thanks pdsa couldn't of help her without you guys !

The PDSA are a group wonderful people with one main focus - caring for your pet and doing their best to make them well, at a reasonsble cost. Vet fees are one of the most expensive services these days and the staff are happy if you can only afford a small donation. All the staff are very professional, helpful, kind, caring and treat you with respect. I am so grateful to be able to use their services. Thank you.

Excellent service
They have been wonderful looking after my 15year old dog, she had to have teeth removed and without the PDSA I wouldn’t have been able to afford the care she needed. I try and give as much money to them as I can afford and they are always grateful.

This is a wonderful service that allowed me to look after a very small kitten I found 14 years ago. He has become my best friend and without this service I would not have been able to give him a loving home due to cost of living. I will be forever grateful to the PDSA, I’m sure my cat would agree as it allowed me to keep him so he didn’t end up in a rescue centre or even worse cold and lonely living outside.

I would like to say a big thank you to the vet team for their help and kindness when I brought my dog in. Everyone was friendly, helpful and understanding, and made us feel at ease. They took the time to listen to my concerns and made sure my dog was well looked after. I really appreciate their care and support and would definitely recommend them to others.

The reception is so friendly and cannot fault them . Then when seeing the vet or vet nurse they are amazing and they do not rush you like a normal vet practice. Pdsa have been so good to me and I can’t fault them . So I always give a contribution and a tin of chocs for the staff here
