Front desk was always super friendly and helpful!!
I have seen two separate therapists here and never felt like they wanted to help me get to the root of my concerns. Last therapist I saw had a condescending tone when she spoke to me and I was just looking to be heard by someone.

Great experience
I have been been going to Palmetto Counseling for some time now. From the moment I made my first appointment, to going there for my first appointment I had the best experience. The ladies at the front desk are just so nice, you are always greeted with a smile. I was nervous for my first appointment because you are going in there hoping you click with your therapist and in my case I did. I love my therapist and I can't even begin to say how much she has helped me. I am super thankful for Palmetto Counseling and their staff.

Not a true therapy experience
Receptionist is wonderful. Counseling was not. I know more about her life and family than I should as a client. I’m not there to discuss her life , even as examples. It was inappropriate and not helpful. I gave four sessions to see if there was anything I could get from each session and it was minimal. I have been in counseling periodically my adult life and unfortunately this was my worst experience.
