Second options
I have not been feeling well and was pleased that the option of a Telehealth visit was available! I prefer an in office visit but having a second option is great. Rich is a great counselor, easy to talk with and he listens!

No judgement
I immediately felt comfortable opening up to my therapist. It was our 1st meeting and she did not make me feel weird about anything I was telling her there was no judgement. She also was on time and did not rush me out of her office 15 mins before time like therapist have done in the past the whole session was an actual hour instead of 45 mins.

Lauren Smith Worth the Wait!
Lauren Smith was very personable and easy to talk to. This was my first visit but she made me feel so comfortable and had me opening up to her immediately! I left my initial appointment feeling excited about the journey ahead although I know it won’t be easy but well worth it.

Tremendously grateful for Dominique
I was fortunate to be placed with Dominique. This woman literally saved my life and I can’t thank her enough. She allowed me to see things I couldn’t see and work on myself and issues I didn’t want to look at. I feel like a new person and I owe it all to her. I’m so grateful.

Clean & Comfortable
Palmetto Counseling & Consulting has a great space in Rock Hill, SC. The office is clean and comfortable with helpful staff. It was a seamless process getting scheduled, verifying insurance, and future appointments.

I met with Elizabeth several times
I met with Elizabeth several times. She is very supportive and listened attentively to all my concerns. I went a few times and then took a break to return; she welcomed me back kindly. I told her things I have never told anyone because felt like she is very trusting and non judgemental. I enjoyed meeting with her and would defintely do so in the future again. Staff as front desk were friendly as well.

I really like Dominique
I really like Dominique, my children really love her. It is covered under my insurance BCBS for a reasonable fee. There portal on the other hand is not my favorite, it takes some time to get use to it and it doesn't always work the best.
