I had a 80kg pallet with parcel from MyTools delivered, ordered on Saturday arrived Thursday. Excellent communication from company and driver who was very helpful. Exceeded expectations.

This the worst of the worst, low grade unethical, scum of a company. With over promising lying scums and under delivering, underperformed Courier service.

they'd rather charge you for delivery.. pretend they knock at your door, pretend to call you.. but take all your products to their store and lose them... yeah right, amazing logistics company.. may be you should look at becoming a fast-food joint... seems that's where your skills are more applicable..

When a courier company cant give you any idea when they will be able to deliver things, perhaps its time for a redirection in business that doesn't involve basic logistics
Item tracked on time from supplier, until it got to PBT Hamilton, then sat there for 8 days with Tracking info not updated. Needed the mixer for a job so had to chase them up.. "yes we found it".. "sorry I don't know when it can be delivered".. resulting in having to waste 2 hours, a 100km round trip, $35 in gas, on top of the $100 delivery costs originally paid, would have been quicker and cheaper to go and collect it myself from supplier.

Consignment of 3 items took 1 month to travel from wanaka to Auckland, only 2 items arrived, lost 1. Worst company ever, out of pocket.
Useless!!!
Useless!!!! No one answering phone calls, I called them 16 times- no answer. I emailed- no response!!! Utterly useless!!!!!! I am so frustrated!! I have to use them as it is a pre-paid ticket, but will never ever use them again.
Terrible service
Terrible service. Do not use. My parcel has been with them a month now and finally they admit they have lost it (to the company who sent it). Do not answer phone when trying repeatedly to call.
Should not be in business, I will not knowingly use them nor any company who uses them for delivery in the future.

Appalling. All attempts to contact them about my delivery have gone unanswered - phone, email, chat.
My parcel appears to be at the depot but who would know? Its been 4 weeks since pickup and it is only delivering within Auckland City! I do not know why New Balance NZ uses them

Purchased item on Trademe 7th October from Christchurch to Wellington.After 7 days enquired to trademe seller and was told was dumped in my mailbox lobby 12th Oct when delivery instructions stated.Please buzz up to apartment.Do not leave unattended in mailbox lobby.Received photo from PBT where it was placed which wasn't even on top of my letterbox.Short story goods were stolen because courier driver didn't buzz up to me to let me know...new package is now tracking to Seaview depot sitting stagnant since yesterday morning.This is not the 1st time PBT has dumped parcels for me.Will no longer online shop with anyone using these guys.Too fricken lazy to use keypads

Truly a shi zer courier company. I have no idea why the company I use for bike parts uses them.
I suggest anyone who may consider using them whether as a courier, freight forwarder, or storage provider to definitely look elsewhere.

Today is ten working days from receiving an email notification from donotrelyatpbt.co.nz that my consignment had been collected. It was shipping from Otara to Hobsonville, (simply across Auckland). But it still isn't here. A week ago I sat on hold for 27 minutes to speak to a person, who denied the consignment had been collected. She asked that i call back, which i didn't want to do, because i don't wish to sit on hold for another long period to get nowhere. She agreed to investigate BUT never ever did! What an absolute disaster of a logistics service. I fully expect that my order will soon be lost, making it a fail from every possible aspect. You should try TOLL. Or walking. Walking would have been quicker.

I bought a shirt from 3 Wise Men in Auckland. The shirt was collected on the 5th of October and took seven working days to leave Auckland and start its journey to my address in Kerikeri.

the s***test of sh** couriers. last time waited almost 2 months for a parcel from chch to auck, they blamed covid and only delivered when i got the place id ordered from to chase them up. to my horror ive gt them again, and im on day 5 of waiting for it to complete its one hour 20 min drive up from hamilton to auck. im astounded theyre still in business

The most awful, unprofessional service ever. No communication, sent my parcel back (??) for some reason, didn't even mention this when I called. Total scam - do not trust, worst service.

Utterly no confidence in PBT Couriers or PBT Transport. Lost goods, lost pallets, etc. How do you loose 40kg or 165kg at 1.26m3 volume? An absurd option for anyone serious in couriering or transporting goods.

I purchased online from North Island and the company use PBT couriers most incompetent company, it sat for days at destination town until I started emailing the company I brought item from then having to ring PBT to its whereabouts. Excuses they had temporary driver who was confused (confused about what)
