Fraud company. Don't use this company as payment gateway. This goes for both Buyers as well as Sellers. Sellers will not get their money and buyers will not get refunds if the amount is refunded. I ordered a product worth Rupees 10 thousand and seller didn't ship product saying that she did not receive the payment from PayU.in. Later, when she cancelled the order and refunded the amount, the amount has still not been returned to my bank account by PayU.in even after one month of initiation of refund (despite saying that amount will be reflected in account balance in 5-7 days ).
They talk about "highest priority to solve customer issue" and whatnot but they don't do anything.
They are acting like a typical middleman: bamboozling one party and plundering the other.
Beware of these Thieves.
I think, I will file a complaint but I know such fraud companies have government affiliation otherwise they would not be accepted as payment gateway by banks.
EDIT: After a wait of over a couple of months, the matter was resolved by seller. Seller informed me that because of non-submission of some document the money was kept by PayU and when the seller submitted the document the amount was deposited in the seller's account which is bizarre because Seller had already allowed refund. Anyhow, seller expeditiously sent the ordered item and everything is fine now. Still, PayU should see that if the seller allows refunds then money should be immediately restored to the buyer. My experience still was somewhat bittersweet. Bitter because of PayU, sweet because of seller. PayU needs to improve its manner of operation if it wants to stay in business. I am changing my rating from one star to two star only because of honesty of seller.

Worst payment gateway ever
They are just Scammers, No contact support, No e-mail replies, No queries solved till date. It has been a 8 days i made a payment and the merchant was using payu. The amount was debited but not credited to merchant account. I have raised tickets on their site (no answers), contacted them on twitter (no replies), emailed them (no answers). One answer i got from them is share your email and phone number but after that they disappeared. Worst payment gateway ever made on this planet. Razorpay, instamojo are 1000x times better than this peice of crap. Guys if you ever want to install a payment gateway on your site never ever go for them.

Scam and fraud
Be careful , this is a scam company , i think the owner (ceo) Laurent de moal is himself a thief or scammer , they are clearly robbing indian people.
I have proofs and going to bust them soon , although it is not possible that they are doing this without the help of govt authorities. These people get salaries from the tax given by us man and also rob him .
