Great product and service

I didn't get enough information after ordering about delivery etc. Today I got the second email asking me to approve my order having already approving it previously and so I replied explaining the delay would mean my present wouldn't come on time which I admit could be my own fault for ordering quite late. However the admin response was a very abrupt, rude 'shipped'! Not the best way to respond to a customer 🙄

The print came off lovely when printing it. It was quick to do.

This is the second print I have ordered from Pawsonalise. The ordering process is so easy, the quality of the print is amazing. Very fast delivery and packaged really well. Will definitely be buying again.

What do you buy someone who has everything? Answer is…. A portrait of their much loved pet.
I didn’t want a picture of him in Fancy Dress so just sent off 3 photos as requested. I found the process very easy from start to finish. On the order, I couldn't find where to put the dogs name , so left it off but they were quick to contact me asking for his details.
The portrait arrived today, carefully packaged, and I am thrilled with the end result, as I am sure my son in law will be when he revives it.

Do not use this company! The link to my digital print would not open. Considering the website promotes ‘excellent service’ with ‘live chat and phone support’ this is non existent! Numerous emails and messages have been sent to no reply. Payment made and no picture. Starting to think this company a scam!

Really good choice of personalisation themes , requests to change the first proof were followed exactly so the end result was exactly what I imagined. Very quick delivery .

Leaving a further review as I have still not received a refund or replacement for a product I spent a lot of money on. From checking reviews on another platform, it appears the business owner has made fake postive reviews, is this company a scam? Emails have been ignored and quite frankly poor way to run a company
