This company is a scam! I am 10 weeks out from an order that was supposed to be delivered within 4-6 weeks. I receive nothing but canned responses saying my order is in production so they cannot issue me a refund. However I have received no proof of production for 6 weeks. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I ordered a mug on 08Nov, waited the 2-3 weeks they said it would take to process before I contacted them. When I did they said it was still in the process of being made. I paid extra to get a preview of the mug before it shipped as it was supposed to be a Christmas present for a friend that lost her oldest dog this year. Then I got a shipping notification on 09Dec and it never moved! The week before Christmas I contacted them again and they said shipping was just slow? But when I inquired about my preview picture they said they'd look into it and I never heard back. It's now 31Dec and I still haven't heard anything. I'm so disappointed because I was so excited to gift this. I went through their Instagram and there were other comments about people that have been waiting twice as long as I have, so it tells me I'm not just a special case.

They don't even deserve one star.

Ordered a mug as a Christmas gift in November and I have not received anything except the email saying the same thing as others mentioned. Call goes to busy signal.
Please save your money and energy for somewhere else. Do not order from here.

Scam. I ordered two mugs 10 weeks ago and every time I email them for an update or ask for a refund they just reply with saying they’re still under production with no update on timeline or shipping. Do not order.

I received an order. But dog figures were not attached to the jewelry tray.
Item is unusable as a gift.
They refused to deal with it and just ghosted me.
Do not recommend. For 125 euro this is some terrible experience.

This company is not even worth giving one star I ordered weeks ago, hoping that it would be here two weeks before Christmas and like everybody else I never received a product or an email back. Major scam and my Christmas plans are ruined………

I ordered November 14, 2024. It’s now 3 days before Christmas, and my order still isn’t here. I received an email from their customer service this morning… yeah, I got scammed.

“Hi dear，

We have checked your order, and your order is under production in our workshop,we will keep pushing for you and trying best to ship it out as earlier as possible,will send you tracking no. once it's available,thanks.

Awful. Response to an Update request was a Form email asking me to not dispute the charge. It's been a month and there is no real communication. Nice try, but I absolutely am instituting a dispute immediately. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered a gift 7 weeks ago and still haven't received it. I emailed them but there was only an automated response. Save your money!

Update - it finally arrived after 8 weeks, and it is really cute. They did a good job, however, they could really improve their customer service!

I ordered a mug in October. It's December 19, and it still has not arrived. They did send a photo of the product -- but now I'm wondering if it really exists. The customer support emails are written in broken English, the "tracking number" provided shows that the shipping label was printed 20 days ago -- but has not arrived at the shipper. This was an exercise in frustration. I've heard a theory that this company only provides products to influencers. My advice: avoid at all costs.

Ordered the mug 2 MONTHS AGO, and it NEVER arrived.

They customer support just keep saying that they will soon send it and it NEVER happens.

Do NOT fall for this! They have most likely stoled hundredths of thousands of dollars from consumers with no retribution.

I ordered in May for my husband whose dog of 14 years died. I am still waiting for this mug. I’ve contacted, they apologized and said my package was lost in the mail and would send a replacement with expedited shipping. This was in October, still no mug and the tracking says the item is in Jersey. I message them and they just say to be patient because of the holidays. And they’ll keep an eye on it. An absolute scam and it’s been so long since the original purchase so I can’t dispute with the bank. They took my money and didn’t provide anything.

Like all of these reviews - I ordered three mugs (~$400) on Nov 4. Of course the "24 hour customer service" was amazing BEFORE I ordered. As soon as I paid, customer service barely responds. Now it's been over 6 weeks and nothing. I contacted them and they created a label to pretend like it was going to ship - but in reality didn't actually ship it. Theres lots of fake scans so it appears to be moving - but I can tell from using 17Track (use LTEXP as carrier) that it's still in China. They had an ad up that you can order by Dec 4 and receive by Christmas, yet I ordered a month before that and won't be getting mine.

Edited: finally got mine. they are not good and dont look anything like the designs they promise.

This is a scam! Please don’t order from here. I placed an order on October 7 and by December 12 (today) I have been told to wait patiently, there has been no update on the shipping and lack of communication from the company. Please save your money and not order from this place.

I had nearly identical experience to the reviewer below. Ordered on Oct 12, nothing yet.

The most icky part of the entire experience is the fact that exactly at 6-week mark (promised dates on the website to deliver their products) they created a shipping label with USPS, which has been “awaiting the items” for the past 2 weeks.
The company is SCAM and customer support is no help at all.

BIGGEST SCAM EVER! DON'T ORDER!!! I ordered on October 18th and haven't even gotten an approval picture, which I paid extra for. I keep emailing and All they keep saying is "thank you for your patience we keep pushing production." But can't even tell me when they'll send a picture for approval or anything! The order has to be delivered to Germany, we're in December now & I haven't even received the pictures!
In their standard email it says they try to push all orders before December 5 out before Christmas. My order is from OCTOBER if they're that gar behind behind how are they supposed to do that, which means they just straight up lie! I've asked numerous times to just tell me that this won't work out so l can do something else but no they rather ruin Christmas

It's a scam. They told me it would take about five weeks for the product to arrive and it's been five weeks. I sent them messages and haven't gotten a single response. Too bad, I bought this as a present for my boyfriend

SCAM COMPANY. Horrible customer service. Didn’t receive the order after 2 months (still haven’t). I paid extra for pictures prior to sending and they did not send them until after they shipped the order and I had to specifically ask them for what I paid for. The pictures showed the order was wrong. Extremely expensive for something that comes from China and doesn’t even match the order details. I have been emailing them almost every day for over a month and have barely received replies. The solutions they offer are horrible. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I was skeptical of ordering a handmade mug online, with so little reviews online but a lot on their Instagram, I decided to go for it. While it was pricey and took a couple of weeks to be made and sent off to me, it came and looks beautiful. Only downside is they don’t keep you updated around shipping / tracking. I do recommend as it’s a high quality and cute mug, I got the one with pet figures inside of it. Makes a great gift

Received the so called mug with your cat inside. Had to sent pictures etcetera. Received the mug, it was damaged and the cat doesn’t look at all like the pictures. Tried mailing them, message them through the website and through Messenger. NO respons what so ever!!! The biggest scan company in the world. STAY AWAY !!!!!
