I ordered two jackets on 12/5/24 and paid for them and still no jackets it was over 54 dollars and don’t see no number to contact them

Awful service unable to contact them to cancel my order as still a airing order from weeks ago which was paid for and not arrived - dreadful

I have just received my second pawbibi coat. It is perfectly made and didn't take too long to arrive considering the journey. The only problem was, it is slightly smaller than my last one, but is just more snug and my dog can still wear it.

Thought i was ordering from a uk site but no since realised it's China, nearly 2 weeks and still no order, ended up buying one from a shop. Opened a dispute with PayPal over it

Bought the fleece weatherproof jacket for my Terrier on 12/02/23. Now 3.5 months later the seams are busting. Poor craftsmanship!

Appalling service, dreadful customer service, based in China and extremely poor communication.

I ordered two coats. One was ok but poor quality. Did keep this one but now sorry I did as two months later it’s falling apart.
Second coat, I returned to UK address for a full refund within the refund period. Two months later and multiple emails back & forth I still haven’t received my refund. I feel they just want to exhaust the client so you give up requesting your refund.

Never ever order from Pawbibi as everything about them is underhand, products are inferior and just a very bad customer experience. Pawbibi make it look as if they are UK based but aren’t. Avoid them at all costs. Dreadful experience and extremely poor show Pawbibi

The coat ordered was a large, it was small looking, needed one size up to XL.. Contacting company I was told to donate coat and another was being sent. This was 1st email, sent 2nd email coat not recieved, no mention extra money to ship. Third email sent on no coat but now my CC was called in by fraud because of unrecognizable name HGUYEN TRUNG HIEU. Got that straightened ou, sent another email
and again CC frozen, this time $25 was charged. Got that straightened out, sent another email this time, email back said had to pay $10 for shipping. I declined and advised I wanted my monies back. Again an email from the Company stating they need monies to ship coat. Again declined.. I don't feel it is wrong to want a full refund of money, again I was more than happy to return the small coat, but they cat and mouse with a customer until return time has run out...I have had to shut my CC down on last charge, so no more charges on their end...
Ordered Nov 29, 2023, coat recieved Dec 12, has been problematic since then till now...Update Feb 28, still fighting to get coat. Did get a tracking number with my name and info, that a coat was delivered Dec 15th tothe UK. So again msg sent and now they have told me the info on tracking was for a UK order, and they don't show any order from for a coat...What!! They will send me a coat for $10.00. Even after I sent pictures of the coat, info, and the order it's self. I have given up the fight, they need the coat more than my dog does, so they can keep it, and I have also sent word to Amazon to let them know the problems I am having, and had with a company on their website.

Disgraceful company, less than 1 star, after supplying the measurements of my dog as requested, when the jacket actually arrived, approx 1 month after ordering, it was so small I could not do the zip up, it was not even close to letting me do it up. Pawbibi asked me to send the jacket back to them by a tracked service, no sight of a shipping label, but I would have to pay the cost of £20 to send it back to China, which I was not prepared to pay, they are now not responding to my emails, although repeatedly asking for a full refund as their gaurantee of satisfaction states, they are not prepared to honour that Gaurantee.
A VERY VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

My wife saw these waterproof dog coats on Facebook and asked me to order one large and five medium for our six Cavaliers. I placed and paid for the order on 30/11/23. They took a month to arrive and came in two deliveries of first four and then two coats by the end of December. I was not happy as we were having bad weather at the time and I fully expected my order to arrive in a week or so. When they did arrive, they were clearly way too small for our dogs and I could tell from the packaging that they had been shipped from China and I could see a problem looming as the company would not want them sent back. I contacted customer support and since then it has been a relentless task to get them to do anything about it. Having given them all the information about my purchase they have simply responded by asking for more information and it didn't take long to figure out that I was being jerked around. I am now US$100 out of pocket and I have six dog coats that do not fit my dogs. As an example, the large size coat that I ordered for our 12kg Cavalier does not even fit our 7.5kg Cavalier puppy. This company is not set up to sell to or support overseas buyers and has no interest in fixing a customer's problem . They don't want to know. I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order and I would not be in the position I am now in.

I ordered a Medium for my Welshie, it didn't fit so I returned it to the address on the pakage, asked for a large. It came back as UNDELIVERABLE. So, it's sitting here in my office and I'm out the cost of the jacket. :-(

Ordered a coat for my dog a week ago, now having read the reviews, not expecting it to turn up.
Update: 1st February 2024 - just received the coat for my dog, turns out it was shipped from the US even though I ordered from the UK site. Thank you Pawbibi

These jackets are the best I’ve ever bought for my dogs in 10 years. They fit perfect, keep their chest and back dry and are so easy to use. The customer service has been amazing! They got back to me immediately when I had a question. I highly recommend PAWBIBI!

I wish I had seen the reviews before ordering. Never received merchandise but unable to get refund!

Very poor customer service sent emails to return my dogs harness as far too small not had a single response and there is no phone number impossible to get any contact

Bought Dog Jacket - My dog is medium size and we bought large and did not fit. Sent e-mail and got to response after 2 weeks . DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered a dog coat from Pawbibi but size L attached to label on their product does not match size chart for large on the website, so labelled up incorrectly and when contacted them they said too expensive to send back so buy another at reduced rate and sell or give away original one

I’ve tried to cancel my order within minutes of ordering as I saw the dog coats cheaper elsewhere. They have taken my money and I doubt looking at other reviews that I will neither get the coats or a refund. Will never buy through a Facebook add again either. Stick to Amazon and eBay. At least you have more rights on there.
