I am still waiting for my order they told me they shipped it and I would get in on Monday iris now Friday and still no jackets I paid for them in full and now I am contacting the credit card and the better business bureau I ordered on December 5

Even though I thought they’d be too big, based on the size chart info I ordered two large coats for my dogs for Xmas 23. I have two of the tiniest toy cockapoos weighing 8kg and I couldn’t even get the coats zipped up. I followed Pawbibi returns policy, emailed their support requesting a returns label and I heard nothing. Its now been 6 weeks and 5 emails later still no reply. Shocking and upsetting why people are happy just to rip others off ☹️!!
Ordered a small dog jacket for our terrier. Sent an extral small jacket that might just fit a chihuahua. Emailed them three times to arrange a return. No response. Therefore have reported them to my credit card company to try and get a refund through them. Fraudsters. Do not use.

Reviews are all NEGATIVE: No refunds. Rude on phone. Website looked great, but reviews on trustpilot were abysmal. Good reason to shop locally in person for dog jackets, harnesses!
I love the jackets. Unfortunately they are way too small. I tried to get an exchange with mine, but they were very uncooperative. I would like to have two of these jackets, but they have to be larger and I’m very reluctant to order from them again I’m gonna try and find them someplace else.
I wish there was a minus option to classify this company. I agree with all of the previous reviews:- the sizes are ridiculously small. I’ve messaged, got a post office tracking receipt & still haven’t got my money back.
I wish that I had read the reviews before ordering a dog coat. Sizes are ridiculous; far too small. Very difficult to get a refund. Will never order from Facebook again! I’ll just put it down to yet another bad experience ordering on line!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
Order a winter coat -- took so long to receive that the dog out grew it. Now can't get a hold of anyone.
Sizing all wrong, I asked to send it back for a larger size & was told ( in poor English) to give the original one away & pay £10 for a larger size. I then said no I wanted a refund so they reduced the cost to £7 & when I again refused they’ve given me an address in China to send it back to! No idea what that would cost & I can’t see me getting my money refunded anyway so I’m cutting my losses. Dreadful company
Product good I ordered a medium size but wrong label on because I would be lucky If it would fit my friends small dog

Product arrived damaged! There were stains on the inside (dog coat) so not sure if it had been used already. I bought on the understanding that refunds are accepted as per the information on the website. Tried to return the product for a full refund, customer service is absolutely shocking! They had no clue about their refund policy, despite lengthy email exchanges and me explaining the policy as per their website - which clearly states they fully refund damaged goods and will cover postage! They wanted to offer me 30% refund and wouldn’t cover return postage costs for a full refund. Absolutely MISLEADING and FALSE information on website. Do not purchase from here as quality is poor and trying to get your money back is like drawing blood from a stone. Absolute scammers and shocked people like this are allowed to trade! Communication is rude. DO NOT PURCHASE! VERY VERY POOR STANDARDS OVERALL.
