Once we had found a property the negotiations between all parties concerned was conducted seamlessly making what can be a stressful time so much simpler. We chose Paul Wallace because they use experienced, mature and seasoned professionals. They made the whole process relaxed and stress-free. Joe kept on top of everything and was an extremely reliable conduit between the solicitors, buyer and all others involved in the process. This set Paul Wallace apart from the 'Estate Agent' crowd; taking ownership and, continually, driving the process. From accepting an offer to completion, it took only eight weeks. How many people do you know, only took eight weeks from accepting an offer to completion?
