Had another great visit to Paultons…
Had another great visit to Paultons park/peppa pig world yesterday for my son’s 4th birthday and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. It was extremely hot yesterday but there was plenty of shaded areas to stop and rest. My son had a great time and did not want to leave 😅
We will be visiting again before he starts school in September 😊

The last time I went to PP was 17 years…WOW
The last time I went to PP was 17 years ago with my own children. Then I have fond memories of many years visiting wind in the willows, going down the big slide inside a sack, the sandpit pirate ship area etc. As we were stopping our visits I was concerned it was going to turn into anothe giant plastic park with just roller coasters etc and loud horrednous noise. Roll on this past 17 years and I have bought my Grandson for his 3rd birthday and little 19 month old sister. WOW, is all I can say. My Grandchildren don't know Pepper pig, but the area enabled them both to have rides on so many lovely little people experiences. Yes, it was a little busy and we were mid week, but the whole park enabled all of us to have a great time from little people's eyes: No large roller coasters done this time but ample rides for any that want to try. What struck me as unique vs any other park, is the attention to detail with the grounds be that amongst a ride like the tractor ride in PP world where real veg were growing, to landscaping around the birds or down the giant bug hotel walk way. There were so many spaces to sit in quiet, surrounded by emmaculately tendered lawns, flower beds etc I have to say, hats off to P. Park youve created an oasis for some amongst the hub-bub of rides and attractions. As for the little ones water play area, outstanding. My only two gripes is why oh why have the horrendous 'fair ground' looking attractions to win a cheap tacky soft toy? you have a shop! it is incongruous to the image and rest of the park, asides from being a total rip off. I saw 1 ball was £1 to throw, hence no one playing!! second, if people really need to vape and smoke ask them to leave the park and go somewhere. It's an horrendous, medically problematic act and selfish for people to think it's ok to vape and smoke around those who hate it and most of all children. Lets finish on a high, Yes it is expensive, but the amount everyone can do is massive. We took a picnic as it would be pricey for food.

Sadly we only managed to get the Peppa big world section in our visit would definitely recommend those with older kids or those wanting to do the whole park to do over 2 days as there is so so much to do .
The Peppa pig part was amazing our little one loved it loads of rides and experiences .

First trip to Paultons……
First trip to Paultons and yes it is rather pricey but certainly worth it. The grounds and gardens are beautifully maintained and I was surprised at how big the park is and how many things there are to do. The whole park is clean and appears almost ‘new’, the toy shops have some decent toys rather than tat and not too bad price wise. Huge amount of rides for little kids and always greeted by friendly staff. No queues and will look forward to visiting again. It would be a great idea to be able to use a loyalty scheme or some way of saving up for a discount of sorts. Thank you

Great place to take your kid
Great place to take your kid - my almost 4 year old loves it everytime we go (now season ticket holders).
Great selection of rides, in particular peppa pig world, buffalo falls, dino chase, farmyard flyer, cat-o-pilar and kontiki.
Always very clean and lots of helpful staff around. Queue times are always short - even on a sunny bank holiday its max 30 mins at worst, and then with random midweek days you can usually walk straight onto rides - and stay on if they arent busy!
We dont often buy food, but take a pack lunch and theres lots of seats about to take a break.
Most recent visit (wed 17th) the young woman on Kontiki in the afternoon was amazing with us and so friendly - my little one loved her bright interactions and even when the ride had a technical fault while we were on it, she kept him (and myself) smiling.
Overall all staff are very friendly and helpful, but she really stood out.
Shops are a tad expensive, but not too bad, i think as a one off its ok, but eveeytime we go my little wants something and its hard to say no when you have to walk through the gift shop to leave.
Would 100% recomend to anyone with young kids (lots of great parks/playgrounds/water splash areas around too), i imagine the bigger rides are fun aswell but havent been on them yet so cant judge.
The only problem i find now, is my little man doesnt want to do anything but go to peppa pig world haha.

A must visitI have been visiting Poulton Park for…
I have been visiting Poulton Park for quite some years now, with my children and now with my grandkids. I've seen lots of changes during those years and it's got better and better. It's one of the best theme parks I've been too. The rides are fab, and it caters for all ages. You will never get bored. Love the animals, they are well cared for, you can see a lot of thought and hard work goes into everything.

Fantastic Park
Our first visit to the park was on Mon 8/6. We loved it. So clean, team members helpful and courteous. It shows that it is a family run park. Food was delicious and an excellent variety. My grand daughter Indie-May (2) loved Peppa Pig world and there was so much for her to do there.I only wished we lived nearer so we could go more often. We will definitely be back. Thanks for a wonderful time!!

Absolutely best short break we have…
Absolutely best short break we have ever had with our family, can’t believe how good a time we had at Paultons park it was amazing.
I know people like to complain about things and the only thing we can complain about is the British weather and who can control this!
So many good things to say about the park, great value for money and so much to do for young old and anyone who wants to enjoy themselves.
The park was clean toilets really well kept and clean, great facilities for everyone and the rides were all fun and family friendly, we have do a lot of parks including Florida and really think Paultons was one of our most enjoyable and memorable visits
All the rides were kept clean and well maintained, food wasn’t to bad for a theme park goes

Peppa pig / Paultons Park was clean and…
Peppa pig / Paultons Park was clean and the rides were great, child friendly and everything seemed accessible. What I would say let the place down was the staff. Everyone seemed socially arkward like they were absolute jobsworths as an example - you have to be 4 years old to go on this ride, he will be 4 next week no sorry you have to be 4 here is the exit. Probably on every ride I was thinking why are they being absolute plod - they need to lighten up and remember people are there for fun. I couldn't wait to get home to Liverpool and realised why they say the north is more friendly.

Firstly, we are pleased to hear that you found the Park to be accessible, clean and child friendly.
It is disappointing, however, to read your comments about our dedicated team of staff who were carrying out their duties in ensuring guests met the requirements to safely use our rides.
As we hope you can appreciate, all of the ride safety restrictions and accompaniment rules across the Park have been set by the manufacturers, and are enforced by the independent inspecting bodies, for health and safety reasons.
We train our staff so that safety is foremost in their minds, which of course is why restrictions are in place. If a child does not meet the minimum age or height requirements to use a ride the operators are trained to politely refuse admission to that particular attraction and we can only apologise for any disappointment this brought.
Afterall, the health and safety of our guests and staff is always our number one priority and exceptions cannot be made.
We do hope that overall you thoroughly enjoyed your visit and that we may be able to welcome you back again sometime soon.

Amazing day at Poulton park, no wait times the older kids stayed on the rides and got 2 goes as it wasn't busy.
Peppa pig world was amazing for the younger kids so much for them to enjoy.

Great experience except for rude staff
We had great fun at Paulton Park esp in Peppa Pig World because my little girl is crazy about Peppa. It was a stress free experience, we did not feel like we need to rush to go to the next ride like we always do when we go to theme parks. We also love that they have an indoor play area, it is so handy when the rain pours. I would've given 5 star but there was one staff today that was rude. Katrina who works on the photo pass area was giving out because we did not merge our photo pass QR code with our app. She was talking to us like we were stupid while also blaming whoever sold us the pass that she should've told us. That girl told us that we can keep using that QR code and we can set it up at home, no problem. We did as she said and it was so easy. I don't even understand what Katrina's problem was. We encountered her twice and she was consistently rude. I hope Paulton Park remind all the staff to treat customers with respect because although the park itself is great, customer service is also very important.

Amazing family day out
Amazing family day out. New rides are a great addition and everywhere (even the toilets) were exceptionally clean and tidy. We went on a weekday (inset day) and unsurprisingly the queues were minimal. Slightly on the pricier side for tickets, but would definitely return.
