Amazing park operations with little to no queuing on a Sunday despite crowds

Fabulous park for a family day out!
Fabulous park for a family of four with growing kids - super clean, beautifully presented, wonderful variety of light and thrilling rides, wonderful staff throughout. The food was great quality as well. And yes the queues were mostly quick on a hot and busy Saturday. You can tell the owners care about the experience of their guests!

Amazing
We had a two day ticket and had the best time. Two adults and children aged 7 and 4. We managed to do a lot all together there were only a few rides my youngest was a little small for.
The staff are so great, they are clearly looked after and actually enjoy their job.
The site is clean from the start of the day to the end including the toilets!
A great park to visit, we will be back!

Visited yesterday with my daughters (8 & 9) and had such a great day! I was really impressed by how friendly all the staff were, joking with guests, interacting with people and making the experience feel really personal.
Special mention to the team on Storm Chaser, they were super efficient, kept the queue moving quickly and, most importantly, made everything feel very safe.
Loved the water refill stations and how clean the whole park was. You can really tell that Paultons Park puts money back into the park and cares about the visitor experience. Amazing day out, we’ll definitely be coming back!

This park is absolutely brilliant and treats customers with respect
This park is absolutely brilliant. I’ve been to all the main theme parks in the UK but I feel like Paultons really makes every effort to treat its customers well. Even on a hot bank holiday Monday the queues were really short. Other parks are happy to see people queuing for over an hour whereas the longest time we see was 25 mins and even that turned out to be shorter. There are loads of rides and play grounds for kids and so the kids seem to be well spread out making everything more accessible.
There are also decent rides for adults annd bigger kids and with child switching and parent switching options it was possible to take advantage of these easily.
The gardens and landscaping are beautiful with excellent theming, the care and attention to detail was very impressive.
Staff are so helpful and friendly. Unlike other parks they don’t waste time and try to slow the frequency of rides down, and when there was no queue they were happy to let us just stay on and keep going.

Amazing day out.
Amazing theming especially tornado springs and volgard, very clean park with excellent facilities and clean toilets, staff all seemed very happy, chatty and friendly, yet professional. Queue times were short and food excellent. We regularly visit merlin parks and this was definitely a refreshing change.

Paultons Park is simply epic
Paultons Park is simply epic. It is the best theme park in the UK. The ride selection is fantastic, the food is genuinely amazing, the theming is world class, the staff are incredible, and the entire park is beautifully maintained.
Paultons will always hold a special place in my heart because it helped reignite my love for theme parks after years of struggling with mental health and isolating myself at home. Everything about Paultons from the atmosphere, attention to detail, and overall experience that just makes me feel good every time I visit.
Honestly, Paultons has done more for my wellbeing than years of therapy ever did. It’s a place that brings pure joy, escapism, and excitement, and I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Perfect 3rd birthday
Went for my daughters birthday, she had a great time on the rides in Peppa pig world, lots of great toys and she met Peppa and loved it, best birthday surprise for her. Food in the restaurant just outside Peppa pig world was very tasty. Also great rides for older people but we obviously didn't go there. Parking was also great and there are water stations around. Also lot's of shade which was perfect for the sun. Only thing I'd improve is that there should be better signage for the free water fountains as they are easy to miss.

Not suitable for autistic families
Paultons review
Having seen the responses by Paultons to negative guest experiences, I almost didn’t bother reviewing as Paultons belittle all of the negative feedback.
For disabled children - specifically neurodivergent children - the park is a nightmare. The constant repetitive, loud music is awful and doesn’t add to guest experience whether you’re neurotypical or neurodivergent.
The queue assist system is appalling - you have to book this days in advance since they are limited. By being limited, that makes the park inaccessible to disabled people who haven’t got the queue assist. That is appalling. People don’t want to skip the queue because they can’t be bothered to wait; they literally are unable to queue. Also, in the case of neurodivergent children, many trips out of the home have to spontaneous and based on how the child is in the moment - so again, queue assist wouldn’t be attainable and the park is inaccessible. Planning ahead is almost impossible for a lot of families with autistic children. And having to wait between rides to use the pass is also outrageous. The whole point of the pass is to assist those who cannot understand the concept of waiting or cannot be in crowds. This long wait between rides means you’re limited to only being able to go on a few in total and have a nightmare between said rides.
And making essential carers now pay for entry is daylight robbery. Carers attend to make the visit possible for the person who needs their support - NOT because they are going to be able to enjoy or gain from visiting the park themselves. Please don’t come up with excuses for charging carers because no excuse will be valid. It’s a way of making yet more money.
I feel really sad actually. In the past, the queue assist was accessible on arrival at the park rather than planning days in advance and carers could access the park free of charge.
The park is now entirely inaccessible for my children and those of other families - they are excluded because they are disabled and your policies make it impossible for them to attend.
Please rethink the current policies. Talk to families in this position. And please stop telling yourselves that you are SEND friendly. You are not. I find it disgraceful that the park “prides itself” on being inclusive. You are simply saying things to tick the right boxes to look good to those outside the disabled community.
