The manager lady was so rude and sold me a car made me drive with no insurance no after care cars has minor problems but they say can't book it in till next year so disappointing never had this problem with Birmingham Volvo stay a way not professional at all would give it 0 stars if I can I don't want this car any more send a letter head to Volvo Head office

I have just traded in my XC40 for a new XC60 and the whole sales process was very professionally conducted by Sam. No fuss, just a straightforward deal that satisfied both parties….I hope, and the handover day was equally as proficient. Great job and thank you Sam.

Everything ok until they got my money and I left in my new car. Next day I found out the Volvo insurance they said was in place, actually wasn’t. I had driven my new car home without insurance. There was no apology and the courtesy phone call, to see how things are, has never come 3 months later.

Dreadful place, managers never called back when they said they would, then had the bare faced cheek and afrantry to shout and dictate to me down the telephone. When i'm spending 75k on a new vehicle is a phone call back to much to ask? clearly when they have your money they don't care, Moral Hamedian from sales is just down right rude and quite possibly the most vulgar human being I have had to deal with.
Cancelled my order & bought elsewhere!

I found Sam Read, my appointed sales person, to be very personable and easy to do business with. He found me a car to suit my needs and explained the finer points of the finance package chosen in detail. On my pick up day Sam helped me with taxation and drive away insurance, for which I was grateful.

Excellent service, have used this dealership for two Volvos over the last ten years. Always received good service. Even when we were 250 miles away in Cornwall had a slight problem, dealership in Truro no help whatsoever. Called the Stourbridge garage and was given advice and advised to take the car in as soon as we returned home. Thanks to Katy and all the team.

Sam and Adam were so helpful and understanding .Adam was really patient and knowledgable when showing me how every thing worked on the car. I recently bought a 1 year old Volvo XC40 from Paul Rigby. I live in Somerset so all initial contact was by telephone with Mohammed Miah. He was excellent and a pleasure to deal with. After my first contact he very promptly sent me a personal video of the car with his comments about its features and condition. There followed a number of other calls and emails and throughout the whole process he was friendly, helpful and professional.
We met when we collected the car and there have been one or two follow up calls when he answered a few queries I had.
I would highly recommend Paul Rigby and Mohammed Miah and I am delighted with the car.
