I purchased a 6 pack of shirts, then I read many of the comments. Gonna say the 1 star comments really had me concerned because I paid for everything when I placed my order and didn’t get a confirmation or tracking info.
I called customer service and spoke to Ed.
He apologized and said there was a problem with the email confirmations. He insured the products shipped and provided a confirmation email and shipping info.
I was very pleased that my satisfaction was a priority for them and I will be a future continued customer if they do what they and say what they do we will be loading up the t-shirt drawers!

I've purchased dozens of these shirts, including the new Core line. I cannot be happier with the fit and the quality. Of the dozens i've purchased, I did receive one shirt with a manufacturing defect (bottom seam came unstitched when washed), and when I inquired about a replacement, Gabby J from the customer service team immediately shipped out a replacement product. Fantastic customer support! Thank you!

Being a little overweight I’ve always struggled to find a shirt that would fit and give me a slimmer looking profile until now. These shirts are amazing. My wife was instantly asking if I started working out again. lol. Super soft and comfortable and hold up well in the wash. Will be my primary shirts from now on. Great customer service as well as fast shipping.

Absolutely the best fitting T-shirt I have ever owned. I have over a dozen and wear every day. Recently I ordered the wrong size, sent email and rather than return they suggested giving to a veteran like myself. Then they are sending me the right size no charge. Wonderful company making the best fitting tshirts around and they donate generously to veterans causes. Win/Win and then some.

Great customer service! The product itself is better than what I expected. There was a very slight issue with my order, however it was taken care of immediately. Great customer service is hard to find these days, and it's refreshing to find a company that takes pride in their work.

I utilize Patriot Crew shirts for both casual attire and for professional purposes, where I apply company logos. The quality and comfort of these garments are exceptional, to the extent that they now constitute a significant portion of my wardrobe. On one occasion, an order required correction, and their customer service team addressed the issue with remarkable promptness. I deeply appreciate their commitment to supporting veterans and intend to continue purchasing any products released by Patriot Crew.

I kept seeing these shirts on FB decided on day to give them a shot, worst case I help veterans best case I help vets and get great shirts!!!

The later is what happened!! I’ve got great shirts that fit amazing, then to top it off their customer service is top notch! Responded right away and handled my questions!! Can’t wait for my Tall color options to come in!

I love the shirts. They’re comfortable and fit great. My latest order arrived missing one shirt. I had to reach out to customer service several times before getting a response. Support person Micajah F was extremely helpful and promptly resolved the issue!

These shirts have become my favorite out of all the shirts in my closet. I commented on a couple of pretty minor issues with shipping (one of the issues was my fault) and they went above and beyond to make things right. I didn’t expect anything but Gabby J provided top notch customer service. I will definitely be ordering more shirts.

I received my order today and found a small issue with one of the shirts, I called customer service and a quick response from the customer service team promptly placed an order to replace the item and included two additional items to make things right.
I will continue to order from Patriot Tees in the future.

I ordered the summer 6 pack of t-shirts which also included an extra free shirt. The 6 shirts arrived quickly and they are excellent quality and the fit is just perfect. I would highly recommend them. The additional shirt was not delivered but I mentioned this on the advert and I was contacted by Micajah F who pulled out all the stops and sent me another shirt for free. Patriot Crew stand by their company ethics and I will be ordering long sleeve t-shirts for the winter. Great company to deal with. Thank you for supporting veterans and service personnel.

My experience with Patriot Crew was awesome!! I ordered T-shirts from them online and was offered a free Shirt. After I put my order in, I noticed that the free shirt they gave me was the wrong size. I tried to call but I don’t think they were open yet, I’m on the east coast, so I sent an email and Gabby J replied to my email a short time later, she was awesome!! Not only did they send me the correct size but they told me to keep the wrong size shirt and donate it. I also received a phone call from them. Patriot Crew knows what it means to take care of their customers. Thank you all so much!!
