I wish I could convey the difference between the pictures and seeing this in person. While the pictures are nice, when you see this thing with your own eyes, you'll be locked-in staring at it for a while! It has an interesting depth to it; almost like you're looking into another world! And it looks different in every different kind of light and angle!
The customer service is fantastic as well!! Prompt and informative responses to any questions I came up with!
Don't hesitate! You'll regret wasting the time when you're waiting for yours to be made!!
These might seem like curated reviews, and they kind of are! There are SO many five-star reviews! Looks fishy! The thing with them is, if you have a problem with something that you don't think is right, just contact them and they will be within easy reach with an email. I had a problem with one of my rings and they instantly said they'd remake it! And this was during the holiday season! They even gave me a ring for free just because it was going to take a little longer!! They let me pick it out and everything! It's beautiful! I wear it all the time!
So they do work hard for these five stars and will stick with you until you're writing a five star review for them about yours!

I have followed this companies designs for 6 months before I decided to purchase. Every time I saw their adds it appealed to me until I finally pulled the trigger.
Everyone of my friends that has seen this ring is in love with it!

Excellent product worth all the money I paid. I got something unique and colorful which is exactly what I wanted.

I place my order December 3 on their cyber Deal days, I know I was signed in underneath my email and I ordered a hexagon ring, fully green that glows blue with an inlay of opal.( if you knew me and knew what I look like this wouldn’t be a question If I ordered a green or rainbow) Somehow, all information went out the window. My email address wasn’t correct. The ring I ordered wasn’t correct. I never got a confirmation. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and waited a month and a half before I emailed someone because I know they are handmade. After going back-and-forth on email a package finally arrived. I was so excited and then I opened it. Excitement went down the drain with disappointment.
There Record show that I had ordered a hexagon ring in rainbow and I know I didn’t, if I got a confirmation, this would’ve been easily taken care of. But of course they had my email wrong so it’s my fault, right, right! Or at least that’s what Eli from customer service is leading on to say. I don’t like the ring and their customer service can be a lot better and they could do a better job. It seems to me that they don’t want to resolve the issue or make their customers happy so I would highly recommend you go somewhere else to purchase a ring or you go into their store and do a face-to-face . Online is not helpful whatsoever. It’s more of a headache than anything else. At this point I would rather send the ring back and go to someone else and get something that I like and that I ordered. But unfortunately, I can guarantee what’s about to happen. Absolutely nothing I’m out of $320 and I’m stuck with an ugly ring.

I purchased a glowstone ring in November, I have been in communication with them via the support email however I was told two weeks ago it would be shipping and I would get a tracking number that week. Well it shipped and today two ring sizers arrived at my house. Not the pieces that were ordered. I requested a phone call within a business day or will block the transaction. I received the same email apologizing for their delay and saying they are back logged. Still no ring since Novermber 25,2024

I've always wanted a custom made ring, but I didn't know my exact ring size, and I didn't want to risk wasting money by mismeasuring it myself either.

Well, these guys send you free ring sizer via mail. There's simple instructions on their website, and all you have to do is contact support with your size once you get the sizer.

I assumed it would be a lengthy process, especially since I put the order a week before Christmas, the holidays were coming up, and we have a winter storm happening in the north to boot. They're very prompt and courteous in their replies (I communicated via e-mail); ring sizer arrived 11 days after I put the order in, and the ring itself 16 days after I e-mailed them my size.

The ring is excellently made, no blemishes that I could see. It's very lightweight and, even though I was worried that the filing might make it look tacky or silly (I only chose a copper filling along with the glowstone), I think it's rather stylish.

It truly feels like a magic ring when you're in the dark. Their website will guide you on which colors give the most glow. I went with their recommendation, aqua light with uncolored glowstone and it does give off quite the shine in the dark.

My expectations were very high on the Cremation Ring as I was looking to ease the pain of my wife losing her father.The Cremation ring/glow ring doesn't show much of either, based on the vile of ashes I got back, it's literally the same amount I sent. I examined the ring and did see very small remains that appears to be placed into the ring, which shows me that this ring was thoughtfully created. I reached out to patrickadair, who explained this process as well. I am pleased with their response and the concern for my satisfaction.

They promised my custom ring by Christmas. Then they said I would definitely have it for my wedding January 4th. Then offered a placement holder ring. Then after not hearing from them for over a week, they said my original ring would be on time. Then as the date was coming close told me not to worry they would upgrade the shipping so I would recieve it in time. Then they shipped it normal ground shipping with no chance of me recieving it on time. I spent thousands of dollars with them and still have to go and buy another ring simply because they wouldn't pay a couple extra dollors to overnight my ring. This shows they don't care about the customers at all, especially because they already have your money

For the most part timing was perfect except for volume but I love my ring I did not know it actually glowed even though my extra present is slightly behind schedule still very worth the price and quality is beyond exceptional! I can't believe the quality alone it's all worth the wait not too mention the customer service has been exceptional with the holidays I'd like to say thank you always!

I’d been seeing advertisements for this company on social media for quite some time and I wanted to add to my collection of rings. I bought the black tourmaline glow stone ring and 24k gold leaf ring, however I had to request a ring sizer before placing the order as I’ve only ever bought rings in person. I realized that the ring sizer should have been there much sooner than a month when I checked the website so I reached out to the support email listed to inquire about when I would receive the ring sizer. I received a reply within *maybe* 3 hours with a new ring sizer on the way with a tracking number, not to mention when I had reached out it was definitely after normal business hours (maybe 3 am). Each and every time I emailed their support team, I was given more than adequate responses within a very quick response time. I received the rings almost exactly one month after I had let them know my ring size, which is matching or faster than the “time to receive” listed on the website. When you look at the rings in person, you can very clearly see that each ring is made with attention and care, almost to perfection. In my experience, not only was the support team wonderfully helpful, but the products that I now wear daily look better in person than one would think. Would, and have, recommend to anyone looking for unique jewelry at a reasonable price.

I had been following patrick adair designs for over a year before i bought my first ring, and i obsessed and shopped several times before choosing one. when it arrived i was not completely satisfied with my choice and contacted customer support. I was completely and totally blown away when they offered to return my ring and replace it with a new design of my choosing for absolutely no charge, even for shipping, even though my ring was engraved and couldn’t possibly be resold. Off topic but when i ordered a ring at the same time from brilliant earth for my fianceé it was a little too big and it cost another like $50 to return and get a slightly smaller one and this ring was at least 3X as expensive as what i paid to PAD. Anyway, the ring i chose was the Stardust design, it feels amazing, looks amazing, and it’s even more durable than i thought. I’ve worn it to work every day for months and i can barely make out a single scratch on the thing. I highly recommend this company for their beautiful jewelry, and even more so for their incredible support team and the warm hospitality they extend toward even a first time customer. <3

Make sure to google "patrickadairdesigns BBB" before you purchase anything from this company, F rating and they do not resolve any cases. Don't purchase the shipping insurance actually don't purchase anything from them. We did not receive the rings and after the first email they never responded again. Now going through paypal to get the purchase price back so hope paypal actually comes through for me since never had to do this before

Just got the rings yesterday, December 5th. I emailed you guys about checking the status of my order and getting them before my company Christmas party today on December 6th. You guys responded quickly end expedited my order to be delivered before so I would have them for it. I just wanted to say thank you so much, the rings are amazing and my girlfriend loves hers too. Overall fantastic experience. Product quality was exceptional. Communication was quick. It did take some time to fulfill the order but I understand these are one of a kind hand made rings and quality work takes time and effort. You can tell, when you open that PAD box, that the wait was well worth it. I've since ordered another ring from PAD. Anxiously awaiting its arrival! Thank you!

These rings are absolutely GORGEOUS! I wore mine out to runna few errands, and I had 5-7 compliment me! My fiancé ring was a surprise engagement ring for him, and he actually wears it! We also got a free gift (Tungsten Bar necklace) and he loved it as well! If you're looking for a unique, high quality ring, this is the place to buy!

The Patrick Adair rings and designs were just as good as the photos they used in their ads. I purchased a pair of His and Her rings (exactly the same, but for ring size and width). Filled out the Order Form, but did not know the ring sizes. No worries, they were to send me a Ring Size kit. Within a week a simple to use kit showed up. I sent the information in, and with-in three weeks the rings showed up. They kept me posted of progress and the shipping and arrival date. They follow up on every aspect of the sale, sizing, delivery, and follow up. Oh, the Rings looked even better than the pictures. Thanks....
