It is a wonderful program no matter where you are in your journey in the digital world. The pricing is fair. I loved that they don't hard sell on you, they are unimposing, just overall positive and energizing to engage in if you have the time and the tenacity to see it through. I can sense that they are really there to help and would recommend it to anybody.

The tech team and the coaches (Tracy, Sheila and Maf especially) are excellent in terms of responsiveness and supporting my efforts. My apps would not have completed so easily without their help. Thank you. Thank you

This has been an incredible experience because of the guidance and direction from the videos and written content, as well as the live support from the community (via Facebook). Passion.io is great with providing solutions and giving great customer service!

Creating an App takes commitment, patience and time I’ve found. Tracy has been great and has often gone above and beyond. Getting some features added / changes when the developers are needed can be a challenge. Slowly but surely we’re getting there and I’m grateful for getting this far.

I wrote a review on May 6th called "What the Hell" that voiced my concern about not getting the attention I needed in order to start my own App on Passion.io. It turns out that I simply needed to reach out to their support team (in the proper way) in order to get someone's attention. I have now been introduced to a gentleman by the name of Iwan that has quickly turned my one-star experience into a 5-STAR experience in a matter of 3 days.
This company is FOR REAL my friends, and I believe it will take my business from the launch pad (where I currently am) to the moon and back!
I explained to Iwan that Passion.io may want to consider someone stepping in to provide the kind of "hand holding experience" that Iwan is now giving me, and there will be a smoother ride for everyone that buys into Passion.io now and in the future.
Don't pass up on this opportunity my friends. If you have something of value to offer the world, you are on the right path with Passion.io.

The app only works well if you buy all kind of additonal programms. They claim that you can get your ap active very soon, but that's not complient with the current siutaion. Their service is loucy. They don't respond to emails and make you use you forms for contact that leaves you with no proof whatsoever that you did reach out on many accosions in that way. Which is not complient to several international laws. Further they promise a money back garantuee, but don't keep their word. In spite of sereval emails over the year, I still don't have my money back.

I sent a message on the 29th before I purchased to query the reply time given that this has been raised by others here (ironically). But no reply. I now have another question. Please Passion, I paid almost $2000, so maybe you can use some of that revenue to provide basic call support?

It’s all very frustrating.

UPDATE: Had a call from Pasion support, and the staff who helped me was SUPERB!

Easy setup. Straight forward help when needed and communication available when needed.

Staring this journey I had a ton of questions. I was assisted every step of the way by support team member Kleny and she has been amazing. Nothing less than excellent support.

Passion.io have been so supportive in helping me develop my App, the training, customer support (especially Hope) have been second to none! I highly recommend them if you are thinking of developing an App. They guide you through the process every step of the way.

I worked with Passion for a little over a year. All end-users are in the same database and when they have more than one app, they get messages that their login or password is invalid. If they are new to me but have an existing Passion app, then they get the message that their credentials are invalid. I sent videos and asked continually for help and got nothing but patronizing answers. They patched a sloppy fix to let the new people know that they have another app but don't tell them what it is. So there is this game of constantly changing passwords to get into the various accounts. That reflects poorly on us if we have a whitelisted app and since we are the front end. I moved everything over to Membership.io and canceled my Passion account in March 2025.

I see the update from Passion on why they have a central database. More and more people are adhering to the online practice to have different passwords for each site and use password managers for that. Because of this and because there is no way for the end user to know which apps are Passion apps and which ones are not, this leaves the end user confused and sometimes angry because they are constantly having to go through a password recovery process only to be forced to repeat with each of the Passion apps.

Setting up my coaching app on Passion.io has been one of the easiest and most intuitive processes I’ve experienced. The platform walks you through every step with clarity, making what could be a complicated process feel smooth and manageable—even for someone building an app for the first time.

A huge shoutout to Emily and Andrea from the customer service team! They were incredibly responsive and supportive, jumping in right away to assist me when I had questions. Their kindness, patience, and expertise made a world of difference. Thank you both for being so awesome!

The convenience of the platform is another major plus. Everything is housed in one place—content, communication, client access, design—and it’s all optimized to save time while delivering a high-quality user experience.

I’m genuinely excited to complete my app build-out and bring my vision to life with Passion.io. This platform is a game-changer for coaches, creators, and educators ready to launch with impact!

Honestly, I've had Passion for a year and now I'm moving onto new developers. My experience working with Passion has been very poor!

I've given two stars mainly for the reason that yes, I do have an app on the app stores and for some of the employees (Andrea, Hope, Simon, and Nuno) who I genuinely felt like they actually cared & wanted to help, something that feels hollow within the rest of Passion.

It feels very 'front end marketing' promising you the world and all the cool features, but when you finally sign up and create your app you'll quickly realise that the systems are failed, the app constantly has glitches, and everyone within Passion deflects or completely ignores your calls for help.... they'll be happy to jump on a call and upsell you to one of their ridiculously high-ticket plans though.

If you have a successful business and building an app is the next step, stay far away and go find yourself more passionate (pun intended) developers - you'll save yourself time, money, and an enormous amount of stress.

Funnily enough, as a meditation teacher, my app is all about helping people with stress and yet that is all passion have given me.

Spend 5 minutes to download Passions app & read the comments within the community and you'll quickly realise that they ignore comments of negative feedback or people crying out for support. Jump on the facebook group and you'll see people crying out for help and the comments being disabled. Passions 'front end marketing' prays on the gullible, sadly I ignored the negative comments on TrustPilot a year ago and now I'm paying the price, I've lost part of my community and my business has suffered because of Passions incompetence.

Last year I spent 8 weeks reaching out to every channel of Passions to get a call back or help from them while my app kept crashing, 100s of my users couldn't do anything within the app and I lost so many subscribers as a result of passion never getting back to me. I eventually cracked and posted a negative response in the facebook group, which surprisingly got accepted but quickly disabled when everyone else commented with similiar experiences.... Simon & Nuno helped but a few months later, we're back to square one and nobody to help again.

They'll also randomly create 'new features' and install them without any notice and screw up the whole layout of your app; hours and hours of work & time that you've put into it, gone in a moments notice. It's clearly a "quick everyone is getting upset, announce a new feature and deflect for a bit" .....

Again, save yourself the time and stress and find some developers who actually care about you and want to support you. Passion doesn't care about it, they just want your money & to upsell you.

Most of the 5 start reviews in here are an upsell... "leave us a review and we'll send you x, y, and z" kinda rubbish.
