I am deep in my APP building journey. I feel supported and excited to create the THING that will not only change my life BUT all of the women that come into my world. I look forward to completing this process.

I used this company for app creation. I signed up for the premium level which means their developers do the app creation and customizations. Simple things were 'impossible', 'waiting for the developers', dead buttons, clients getting thrown out of subscriptions. But they keep taking your money. When I cancelled the contract I felt they really overpromise a 'custom App', while working with a template that no-one in the company knows how to customize. I had to start over with a new developer company, which has delivered in 2 months what this company couldn't do in nearly 2 years. And they cost me thousands of dollars. I kept being told, 'it will be done, just be patient'.

I’ve had a really great experience using Passion.io to build and grow our app. As a small business in the early stages, we needed a platform that was intuitive, reliable, and didn’t require a full development team—and Passion.io delivered on all fronts.

The platform made it incredibly easy to bring our vision to life and create a high-quality app experience for our users without the overwhelm of traditional app development. The interface is user-friendly, and we were able to launch much faster than we would have otherwise.

I love how easy it has been to create something I had no idea how to do it. I appreciate the guidance and the support.

Passion.io is a good platform to create and organize online courses. The interface is simple and the app works well for hosting training content.

However, the pricing structure is very expensive if you want to publish your app in the App Store and Google Play. Even with a plan around $200+ per month, you still cannot publish your app to those stores unless you upgrade to much higher plans.

For many independent coaches and creators, this makes it difficult to scale. I think Passion.io should reconsider this limitation because many users paying over $200/month expect basic publishing access to mobile app stores.

Money from whatever this is has been taken from my bank account. I have never even heard of this or signed up for it.
I am disputing this with my bank but seems impossible to find a way to cancel by looking online, considering I don't have a login and don't plan to make a login.
All I will say is be careful

I came for help, and that is what is being delivered with clarity. I am very thankful so far, and can't imagine it will change.

I want to write this review honestly.
I originally joined Passion.io in October 2024 after doing extensive due diligence. I’m building a long-term wellness platform focused on helping the global back pain population, so choosing the right tech partner was a serious strategic decision for me.
Pre-Christmas, I became concerned about package changes, feature shifts, and pricing structures. As a long-term builder, stability matters hugely to me, and I lost confidence for a while. I paused development because I needed clarity before investing further time and energy.
This week, I spoke directly with Jarret.
He immediately made space for the conversation, showed up prepared, listened properly, and worked with me toward a fair resolution, and gave me the long-term security I needed.
What stood out most was not just the outcome — but the willingness to have a transparent, adult business conversation - yes... on Zoom not a ChatBot nor a Form - and align on partnership.
I’m now back building with energy and focus.

This experience is hands down the best introduction to a new adventure in creating an app to compliment the work I do with my clients.

I am excited for being give a cost-effective way to create an app so Shift Your Life® teachings can reach more people to have the personal (body, mind, emotion, spirit) or entrepreneurial business transformation they desire.

Passion.io has covered all of their bases from start to finish. There has been a few glitches but I still give them 5 stars because their customer service is responsive, polite and knowledgeable. There is a lot of education on everything you need and building the app was very easy.

Enjoyed the Introduction video and the follow-up Zoom call was not rushed and full of information

Developing the app required a significant investment of time and resources, and the process was not always smooth. There's a sell that you can launch your app quickly but for us it took nearly eight months of development. After that time, we were happy with the product for a short time, but soon found that we were unable to monetize the app in the way Passion advertises. As a result, the platform did not prove to be financially sustainable for our business.

To accommodate our existing subscribers, we moved the app to a Pause subscription at $29 per month. Under this subscription, updates and changes to the app are not permitted. While we initially hoped this would allow us to keep the app active, any meaningful updates require upgrading to a higher-tier subscription. The cost of these higher tiers is not worth it for our business and, in effect, forces creators into ongoing subscription upgrades.

Although Passion markets itself as a platform designed for content creators, our experience has not aligned with that promise. The current pricing structure makes it difficult for independent creators to maintain, update, and share their work in a sustainable way.

I strongly encourage any creator considering the platform to think about the time and energy they are willing to invest in an app platform like Passion. Review the pricing tiers carefully and understand what is required to maintain and update an app over time.

The tool is not as easy as promised. The worst part? I have cancelled 3 times and they are still charging my credit card. Steer clear of this company.

They offer a lot to guidance for you on your journey. It is a matter of you taking the time to sit down and really learning it all. Excited to share more with you as we progress. This is our first month.

The biggest problem with Passion is that they market having certain tech features on their platform... that they simply do not have (nor do they plan to add).

When I first purchase this product, I had a fit that none of the push notifications worked. How am I supposed to communicate with my people if they don't get notified of messages or new curriculum?

They ended up giving me 90-days of free service while they fixed *ONE* kind of push notification. As long as you directly tag people, they'll get a push notification.

However, if you drip content and need your people to show up everyday for a 30-day program? You are SOL.

They emailed me several workaround options, however I don't want a workaround. I want a tech platform that does what it say it does and actually works. Apparently that's too much to ask.

Passion has pivoted to now focusing on building AI versions of their coaches, rather than providing the features you are already paying for but will never receive.

I've spoken at length with their leadership team about this and they have no interest in listening to their customers about what our greatest needs actually are. They want to get in on the AI trend and solve a nonexistent problem.

I was looking for a way to keep contact with clients and create interaction with prospects. Endless videos and social media seemed overwhelming. Passion.io helped me create one place for my efforts and they provided guidance throughout the process.
