Poor choice for shipping a condenser fan motor- the padded envelope it arrived in was destroyed in transit as well as the part package.. Im amazed it even worked when I installed it.. DO BETTER!!

Added on: I did receive a part after I'd bought the part locally after they told me it would be 10 days before the part would ship. Asked for a RMA (phone & email) to send it back, got no response, so I paid $15 to Return to Send. Now I get an email that said to get a refund I needed to ship back on a RMA (which they wouldn't give me). They also sent this policy statement - We retain the exclusive and sole right as to whether an item may be returned, exchanged or order cancelled.

reviews are true! DON'T BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY! I made an online purchase of a part they yes was in stocks. I paid extra to get it shipped quickly, only to get a email that said it would ship in 21 days. Tried to cancel thru email 10 minutes after ordering it. Got no response. Called 15 to 20 times the next morning to cancel. Finally got someone to answer, said I could only cancel thru another email. Within minutes of me sending cancelation email they sent an email saying they couldn't cancel because the part had shipped. Also sent a ups tracking (a stall tactic). Shows up in UPS, never tracks. I just experienced all the same things stated in the other reviews. File a dispute with credit card company. Take a hard look at the few positive reviews, they appear to be phony.

I WANTED TO EXCHANGE THEM NOW JUST WANT TO RETURN THEM. I WILL BUY THEM ELSEWHERE. I HAD CALLED 10+ TIMES BUT NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. I SENT 2 EMAILS WITH NO REPLYS. I NOW HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY GET A PULSE FROM SOMEONE IN THIS COMPANY. GETTING READY TO BLAST THEM ON OUR LAND ROVER FORUM NEXT AND ANY OTHER SITE I CAN FIND TO POST A REVIEW TO MAKE SURE NO ONE EVER BUYS FROM THEM AGAIN.
Terrible service
I ordered a part and called 5 days later and was told it would ship out after 7 more days. I told him to cancel the order and he said send and email. I sent an email and then received an email with a ups tracking number for an order that had already been delivered to Everett WA. I live in Florida. I called again and they told me to send an email. I told him to cancel the orderd immediately and they will not.

First time with PartsIPS - have nothing to say but good things about my experience. The two(2) parts that I ordered for my Amana washing machine came within one(1) week - exactly what I ordered and what I needed and as described in your website - also the lowest price on the internet. Look forward to dealing with PartsIPS in the future.

I realized that I ordered the wrong part, so I emailed and then called them to cancel the order. I was told if I emailed them, they would cancel it, which I had already done.
"So since I emailed you, this will be cancelled, correct?"
"Yes."
The next day I got a shipping notice. Now they're telling me that because the product shipped directly from the manufacturer, there's nothing they can do about it. I am disputing the charge with the credit card company. I would never use this company again.

Giving it 1 star because that's the only way to write review!! DO NOT I repeat DO NOT buy a thing from this company they sell sub par merchandise that is defective and they DO NOT stand by their products.

the old adage if price looks too good it is. should have listened to bad reviews. called. got customer support no problem so made order. order never shipped. called customer support: "will look into it and call you back in an hour". that was end of customer support. could not contact directly. could not contact after logging on. e-mail came back undeliverable. finally went to credit card company who after reviewing gave me credit.
Website said the part was in-stock
Website said the part was in-stock, so I ordered on a Saturday. Called on Monday and asked if it was in-stock. Man said he would call me back at the end of the day to let me know. I asked why his website had said it was in-stock, yet he could not confirm it. I called back ten minutes later and attempted to cancel the order. I checked my credit card and was disturbed to note that it had already been debited in full. I again attempted to cancel the order. A few days later, they shipped it anyway. It was the right part and the price was good, but when I cannot get an answer as to order status, I suspect this is a phone desk in another country that is simply processing orders it forwards to a real vendor.
Terrible customer service
I place the order and it said we should receive it within a week. When we didn’t, I accessed the email address we had used for the order, but found that I’d never received an invoice for the order. I was able to locate the site again by looking through my browsing history, and sent an email inquiring.
At that point, they responded and said that the item was on backorder and not expected for another 2 weeks (I guess I would never have found this out if I hadn’t emailed), and asking whether I still would like it fulfilled, or to cancel the order. I requested that the order be canceled.
They still sent me the parts - about 6 weeks later - and when I requested a return label to send the parts back, they refused to send a shipping label or in any way pay for me to return the parts they had sent in error.
Excellent Experience
I found Partsips to have the best price among several competitors. I placed my order on Friday evening, and my parts were delivered Wednesday afternoon. I will be a return customer.

Buyer Beware!
Should have read these reviews first. They sent me the wrong part, asked for photos, and then told me they would give me store credit for the part if I sent it back at my own expense. I have no intention of ever doing business with them again, so I absolutely do not need store credit. And to ask that I pay for return shipping when they sent the wrong item is essentially fraud. Stay far, far away!
Keep Away!
Keep Away!! They show parts in stock, take your money then string you along about "checking in to it" when you call and will call you back. They never do. Many people have reported them and I'm reporting to the NY Attorney General's office.
Worried for no reason!
I, like others, purchased first and then read the reviews, which caused me some concern. Then I got worried because I saw they charged my card, but I didn't get a confirmation email. I waited a few days, called once to try to confirm (the call went unanswered, but then a day later I received a box of parts that was exactly what I ordered. The correct parts, in brand new condition, shipped clearly from the OEM manufacturer. So I don't know if I just got lucky, but partsips managed to deliver a part that was out of stock/backordered at every other supplier I could find, and did so quickly and for a good price. Sure, the communication could have been better and had me concerned, but at the end of the day my dishwasher is working again and my wife is happy, so I call that a win.

They delivered parts on time and at a good price. I needed to return the parts because I decided to trash the fridge and buy a new one. Phone and email communications were poor and/or non-existent. The guy who answers the phone does nothing other than tell you to send email. They told me to return the parts to a third party (who had drop-shipped the parts). I did that and sent them the UPS tracking page showing the return. They did not respond to that email. I called them and the guy said "send an email and the manager will issue a credit". Apparently I will need to contest this with my credit card company.

These people do not answer the phone and dont ship your parts. They say you will get a call back today or you will get a response today and never have they actually done that.
Purchased a fridge door seal
Purchased a fridge door seal. It did not fit and started to come apart as I tried to install it. Contacted company for a refund, they ignored me. Complained to my credit card company B of A, they where useless too... Avoid both these companies.
