My parcel was lost in the post. I felt that Hotpoint Parts did NOT help me, nor take ownership when I asked for assistance, and I am still waiting on a refund. After a week, I ordered an equivalent part from eBay. I will not be buying from Hotpoint Parts again.

Edit: I was subsequently given a full refund, thank you.

Excellent service all round, from advice on how to return a spare part that didn't fit my oven ( I ordered the wrong one), to the person who was able to identify the correct part and took my order over the phone.New part arrived promptly and is now fitted.Good customer service and so pleasant to talk to helpful people, and I wasn't kept hanging on the phone for ages listening to annoying music .

Broken door handle replacement was in stock delivered quickly and easy to install.

Description is for glass shelf, however this is the single shelf between the drawers and not the glass shelves for storing items on. No other part number is suggested

Despite paying for express next day delivery after several days the part still hadn't arrived and nobody could advise when it would . Just told to see if it came tomorrow and phone back if it didn't! . After a few days of that ended up ordering through a 3rd party, half the price, ordering to delivery less than 24hrs, and it got dispatched from hotpoint.

Delivered on time, well packaged. Exactly the right part needed

Ordered new hoses as we had bad experience before where the washer on a hose perished and caused large flood. Haven’t replaced them yet as waiting for plumber but the service was very quick from Hotpoint

You're asking us to review our part order but we haven't actually received it yet, and it's over a week late.

No parts were required to call out repair

All satisfied no complaints very good service

took my payment and had to book 3 times for engineer to come to fit the part and very little care from customer service when complained , very upset at the treatment and lack of contact

I received this survey reminder but to date I have not received my order for parts. I also cannot get through on the chat line either.
So not very happy as when I placed my order I was advised it would be delivered between Mon- Wed this week. Nothing received yet and after I had placed my order and paid in the confirmation email if says some orders could be delayed but you should be told this before you place your order. However since then looking at the website it says orders are not experiencing delays but as I said I haven’t got mine yet.
31 Dec 2021. My part arrived this week the delay may have been with the courier used. The design of the hinge is different to my old one but it is fitted now. No screws were provided so old ones were reused. Due to the different design 2 new screw holes were needed to fit the hinge bracket. It took about 90 mins to fit and was a bit fiddly but the fridge is operating at the moment though the cupboard door isn’t attached to it yet.

For a small part the postage was very expensive with an enamelled part put into a plastic bag with no protection!!

I didn’t get a confirmation email so was unsure if my order had gone through. The helpline was very busy so I gave up calling. However the item did arrive and was satisfactory.

Very poor service, Not answering phone on a o345 number.
And still waiting over a week for my spare part!

They were quick in responding to my query regarding parts .
