As yet the repair has not been done. What I’m disappointed in is that I’ve been informed there is a shortage of engineers in my area therefore I have to wait 8 days before someone can attend. This is totally unacceptable and not what I pay insurance for. I was asked if I would like to insure other electrical domestic appliances clearly based on this experience is no. If you offer a service then make sure it’s relevant to your customer.

Ordered gas cooker part 5.12.2021. Finally received correct part today 26.1.2022. Wrong part delivered initially as there are 2 types of valve for this cooker but your website initially shows only one. Long delivery times (Liverpool to Peterborough)aided by Hermes poor service and zero customer service. I now use other parts co. who offer a vastly superior service for genuine parts and quick delivery. Won't use again.

, can’t see how I can reply to the hot points reply so I will put it here.I didn’t know it was wrong part until after many failed attempts by myself to get it to work .I finally gave in and paid a engineer to come and fit it.After he tried and failed to get it to work he tried a new element that worked a different model number which cost me another £85 on top of the £50 odd pound I’d paid for the part from hotpoint.I then rang hotpoint helpline and was told I could not get a refund because I’d had the part longer that the allotted time for refunds.iv I’d known In the first place it was the bloody wrong part I would of rang straight away.instead of trying endlessly to get it to work believing it was some error I made in fitting it.needless to say the part hotpoint sent me then got slatted In the bloody bin!!!!!

The correct parts where delivered on time.

I was happy with the swiftness of service and quality of the parts I ordered.
The only reason I never gave 5 stars is the fact that I would have thought that with the drum shaft collet would have been supplied with the retaining pin that is needed to hold it in place

Quiet confuse the way they charge me for 2 items!!!
I order 1 part online (excellent), then I had to order 2 parts over the phone because on the site the parts where out of stock, and I've been charge 3 items received 2 and the total was the same amount of the 2 parts weird?

I ordered a replacement door magnet for an integrated washer/dryer after losing one part during a kitchen refit. Having googled the part I went straight to the Indesit webpage which clearly showed photographs that there are two parts to the kit one for the door and one for the washer/dryer, however only the w/d part arrived. I thought I had made a mistake and re ordered but only to receive the same part again. The call centre service to return parts was excellent however when I suggested a change should be made to the webpage I was informed that I didn't know how to use a website (the advisor was clearly viewing a different page to myself during this conversation) or that I was viewing from a mobile phone (I was not). I was then advised of the correct part number (which turned out to be incorrect - a door hinge not a door magnet). He advised I speak to Sales and was put through but after two rings the line went dead. So am still without the correct part and have incurred 3 sets of postage costs. I've always rated Indesit until now. Not a happy customer!

Very poor service.
I ordered 2 washing machine parts online (which were in stock) on the 8th December 2021, they were due to arrive between 13th and 15th December. Nothing arrived, so I rang on the 15th and was told that because one was out of stock the other had not been dispatched, the lady said I should have been contacted about this, but no body had, she apologised, and said the part that was in stock (which could be fitted and run the my washer without the other part) would be dispatched that day. I had to ring again on the 21st because it hadn't arrived, I was told it had been dispatched. It arrived on the 22nd!!

Once I had located the model number of our oven, it was very easy to find the parts which were right for our oven. The trays and shelves arrived promptly and were well packaged. Thank you.

Paid for next day delivery, turned up later than standard delivery with an invoice that had a changed product amount plus vat to make up the full amount with no delivery fee, it had a next day sticker on the package and invoice dated the day before it arrived,,, a week after I ordered it!

the item was received outside of the advised delivery date, poor show.

Order oven trim, very pleased and delivered on time.

Good service only gave 4 star because light bulb was more yellow in colour than previous white bulb but other wise everything fine

arrived on time (3 days) easy to fit and does the job if i had known how easy it was to fit i would of ordered one ages ago, ignorance on my part i suppose

The items ordered arrived quickly and in good order.
