This was my second time working with Tom and I will continue to use Partners FS for future mortgage services as I have always had a fantastic experience!
Tom is really understanding and patient and has been so responsive, any questions we have he has answered straight away and nothing has been too much trouble.
Being self employed, Tom has both times worked with my accountant and really made the process easy.
We have felt really looked after throughout the whole process and with something as huge as purchasing a home this is so important.

We started working with Partners FS in early 2022 and they quickly got us set up and ready to go with a decision in principle. Once we'd found the right house, Thomas worked quickly to find us the best offer in an otherwise challenging mortgage market.

FS Partners were a recommendation to us and I personally have recommended them to anyone in my social circle looking to buy - including 2 close friends who have closed on their properties in the past year.

Additionally, if you're a first time buyer like us, Thomas gives you clear and helpful answers to any questions you may have not just on mortgages. We felt like we really had someone on our team throughout every step of the process.

He also helped us sort out life insurance - something we really didn't know much about - and he gave great guidance helping us sort a policy that worked for our lives and budget.

We had a few hiccups in our purchase - Thomas was ultimately the one who helped resolve things quickly, stepping in with our solicitors to help resolve the issues at hand and get everything back on track.

While I have zero desire to buy another house anytime soon, if I had to, I'd be calling Thomas first.
