Sorcha was a star and I'd use Planet Mortgage's services again, simply because of how good she is.

Overall, I had a positive experience, though outcomes can be subjective depending on whether you receive a mortgage offer. One important point to note is that the £800 application submission fee is non‑refundable if no offer is made. It’s essential to carefully read and understand what you are signing before proceeding. I believe Planet Mortgages could make this clearer in their advertising, as many brokers operate on a “no win, no fee” basis, which sets different expectations

From the initial call to selecting the best mortgage and obtaining insurance, Craig has been an excellent adviser: great communication, high-level of expertise and a sincere desire to provide the best customer service. I am writing this review even though I have not used them for mortgage. I had a great experience with Samantha, who really helped us to find the different mortgages available for my situation. She was very helpful and timely in her responses. Unfortunately, I went ahead with another mortgage broker due to costs and other personal issues, but I would highly recommend Samantha and Planet Mortgages to other buyers.

Frankie and the team have been absolutely incredible!
