Excellente expérience culturelle !

La visite du Parlement de Budapest a été l’un des moments forts de mon séjour en Hongrie. Le bâtiment est absolument magnifique, à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur. L’architecture est impressionnante, riche en détails et en histoire. Le personnel était très accueillant et professionnel, et la visite guidée était claire, bien organisée et très informative. J’ai particulièrement apprécié la découverte de la Sainte Couronne et de la salle de l’Assemblée nationale. Je recommande vivement cette visite à toute personne intéressée par l’histoire, la politique ou simplement la beauté de ce lieu emblématique.

Attenzione sito truffa ormai noto all'ufficio turistico del parlamento. Al termine della transazione ci è stato inviato un codice QR che ci ha insospettito. Arrivati a Budapest abbiamo chiesto subito informazioni agli addetti alla biglietteria che, purtroppo, ci hanno confermato che non siamo i primi a "cascarci". Ci hanno consigliato di andare il giorno dopo alle 8 di mattina per "tentare" di riuscire ad entrare.

BEWARE
I booked the tickets 14 days in advance of the tour, specifically to have a reservation. I did not find out about the ticket "overbooking" until I was onsite at the Parliament in Budapest. I did not have email access in Hungary, regardless the notification conveniently (for them) came the day before the event.

The ticket office at the Hungarian Parliament indicated that this website was problematic and is not an official ticket seller. In fact parliamentbudapest.com sold four other "overbooked" tickets for the same entry time as my tickets. The ticket office indicated that this website "overbooks" tickets regularly and continuously defrauds many people daily.

Parliamentbudapest.com sends emails regarding refunds but the links don't allow for entering the information to get a refund. I emailed Parliamentbudapest.com via the website and email several time before the trip and after the "overbooking" . Parliamentbudapest.com has never replied to any contacts since 5/16/25 thru to today (6/8/25). The "tickets" they provide are not recognized by the onsite ticket office.

I paid using my American Express through PayPal to order these tickets. I believe Parliamentbudapest.com is a scam operation that uses PayPal as an obstacle to having my credit card company directly withhold or retrieve funds.

I recommended that PayPal remove Parliamentbudapest.com as a PayPal vendor.

PayPal did refund my money but a big part of my visit to Budapest was ruined.

Purtroppo siamo state truffate, come la maggior parte delle persone che hanno scritto una recensione su questo sito.
Appena arrivata alla biglietteria mi viene detto che non erano validi e di interfacciarmi con il canale whatsapp del Parlamento. Loro mi hanno confermato che i biglietti non erano validi e che avrei potuto procedere o con un rimborso totale oppure con un cambio data. Ho scelto il rimborso totale, in quanto, il giorno dopo saremmo dovute ritornare in Italia ma sto ancora aspettando una risposta. Mi auguro che facciano in modo e maniera di ridarmi indietro il completo rimborso

Sito truffa, confermato dalla biglietteria del parlamento dove siamo comunque andati ma ormai purtroppo tutto sold out. Avvisati con un messaggio whatsapp , mezz ora prima dell evento, che iniziava con : good afternoon..di good non c era nulla visto che ci hanno rovinato la giornata! Alternativa: o rimborso o rischeduled per il giorno dopo( ma dovevamo ripartire quindi niente, e comunque non mi sarei mai affidata di nuovo!) . Attendo il refund o proseguo con la battaglia!

Fake site con prezzi radfoppiati che ti pilota poi ad in altro sito.fake di Paypal per il pagamento.

Ho ricevuto inizialmente dei biglietti con data errata ora me li hanno inviati con data corretta ma vorrei sapere da chi è riuscito ad accedere al parlamento se i biglietti ricevuti sono validi

I could not book tickets in advance. Then I found a few slots left on Parlamento Budapest. I received tickets by email and WhatsApp and received their WhatsApp support. It worked for us. I Thank Parlamento Budapest for saving our vacations.

Prenotato on line pagando 32 euro,quasi il doppio. Arriva subito mail di conferma con codice a barre. Si presume sia tutto a posto ma.....fortunatamente sono andata a verificare con un giorno di anticipo presso biglietteria e mi è stato detto che non saremmo assolutamente entrati, ci voleva il QR code. Scritto mail ma risponde che "indirizzo è sconosciuto" allora vedo un'icona di whatsapp e scrivo chiedendo di inviarmi i biglietti con QR code. Dopo 12 ore, alle 23.30, mi arriva un messaggio da whatsapp con i biglietti con QR, con orario spostato di mezz'ora. Ci presentiamo alla biglietteria, ci fanno entrare ma l'audioguida è solo in lingua inglese....non c'è stato verso di farla cambiare con quella in italiano....se fossimo arrivati alle 8 non saremmo entrati e non avremmo avuto modi di recuperare i soldi versati.....attenzione

Come confermato all'ufficio informazioni del Parlamento di Budapest è un sito truffa che è stato anche denunciato alle Autorità. Noi siamo stati fortunati (ecco il motivo della stella) perché i VOUCHER (NON ACQUISTI BIGLIETTI e non lo sai) pur pagandoli esattamente il doppio, sono arrivati anche se con orario leggermente diverso dal prenotato. Capita molto spesso che nonostante il pagamento, i voubcher non vengano inviati ed al loro posto venga inviata una faccina triste. ACQUISTARE i biglietti solo sul sito ufficiale e se non ci fossero disponibilità, l'addetto all'ufficio informazioni ci ha consigliato di passare agli sportelli alle 8 del mattino perché rendono disponibili alcuni ingressi evitando il bagarinaggio. Dal sito parlamentobudapest.com non rispondono alle email!

It is not the website for budapest parliament. It looks like the real one but it is not. Very tricky especially if you are a visitor in Budapest trying to buy online tickets. You will never know it is not the real one until you show your ticket in the parliament ticket office. Correct website for the Budapest parliament is jegymester.hu. My money was refunded by paypal but I didn't get a cancellation email from this company. The parliament tickets are issued in WhatsApp which I didn’t get from the email from this company. It also asks for your identification like passport (although the lady in the parliament ticket office said this is required). Disappointing that we didn’t get to see the inside of the parliament as we have to leave the following day. Note that you can also buy your ticket from the parliament ticket office.

Fake website. Before I read the reviews and I noticed, they sent me a confirmation barcode that was fake.
I opened a PayPal dispute, they deleted (on WhatsApp) the fake barcode and sent me a new (legit) one for another time and said “because of the dispute, we have to change the timing”.
Beware of them, they’re scammers.

Il biglietto costa il doppio rispetto al prezzo di vendita ufficiale ma nel mio caso non avevo scelta essendomi svegliato tardi.
Il voucher si riceve per email diverse ore dopo aver effettuato il pagamento.
Il problema sta nel fatto che non specificano che si tratta di un voucher e che va cambiato con il vero biglietto alla biglietteria (informazioni) del Parlamento dove mi hanno subito consegnato i biglietti ufficiali.
Se dessero informazioni più precise meriterebbero 4 stelle.

Truffatori, vendono biglietti a 27€ quando in biglietteria al Parlamento di Budapest costano 15€. Ti inviano per mail una ricevuta per 4 biglietti ma non ti inviano i biglietti e qui li conoscono bene. "Carolina è Vanessa" truffa continua. Unico sito valido jegymester hu parlament

Attenzione, è un sito fake. Abbiamo acquistato 3 biglietti, ma al parlamento abbiamo scoperto che erano falsi. Dopo aver inoltrato un reclamo, ci hanno inviato 3 biglietti più simili a quelli veri ma comunque non validi. 70€ svaniti nel nulla e giornata rovinata !!!!

Uwaga to nie jest oficjalna strona. Bilety są dwukrotnie droższe niż na oficjalnej stronie. Po zakupie dostajesz tylko kod kreskowy. Ja po wielu wiadomościach na whatsapp otrzymałam wreszcie bilety i tylko mam nadzieję, że uda mi się zwiedzić na ich podstawie parlament 😪Oszustwo i tyle
